The facility was nice and service was great, especially the housekeeping staff. However there were a few things that interrupted and highly inconvenienced my stay. 1) The bathroom door did not close properly and would pop open. This was minor but could’ve been a big issue if I had visitors in my room. 2) the fire alarm activated while I was in the shower. There was a message that the alarm was being investigated, but no notifcation that the alarm cleared. 3) I paid for parking but there were’t enough spaces available. I was told to park at one of the Chase bank spots, and to move it by 9 AM or risk a ticket. Although the hotel was nice, these things really interrupted and caused me to change my plans.

The property is clean but could use some updates. The rate of stay does not meet the amenities that you would expect to receive. Pool is small. Surrounding area is lacking along the water. However, there are nearby shops and restaurants into the city

Stay away and stay at the Hyatt

Upon arrival, we saw that the hotel advertised EV charging. However, nothing indicated that it wasn’t complimentary. Most hotels include it for guests, so this felt like poor marketing — but that wasn’t even our main concern. The real issue began at midnight. I was woken up by a loud party. I called the front desk multiple times, but no one answered. I went downstairs, and there was no staff on site. It wasn’t until I called Hotels.com and spoke with a wonderful agent that the hotel finally answered. By then, it was 1:00 AM, and the noise from the family was still going strong. The front desk said they would send security. By 1:30 AM, the party was still loud. I went downstairs again to speak directly with the front desk and the manager. Neither showed much empathy, and security didn’t even know which room the noise was coming from. I had asked for a room change earlier but was told none were available. Suddenly, since they couldn’t identify the source of the noise, they decided to check for other rooms and then offered to move us. At 2:00 AM, we were finally settled into a new room — which was uncomfortably warm at 74°F. This entire experience was a nightmare. Stay away from this hotel.

This property was great, but in my opinion 100% not worth the price. The hotel itself is in an amazing area, everything is walkable and there are a lot of amazing restaurants in the area. However, it's just not worth the price. The hotel itself is pretty small for a suite, the balcony isn't very private, and the shower doesn't work too well. It constantly turns hot and cold (probably with multiple people using the shower at the same time). Overall, it was a decent hotel, but you would have a better chance staying at the Mariott nearby for the same experience.
