Rooms were roomy and comfortable. Staff friendly

Accommodations were comfortable and priced fair. Staying here was well worth the extra money spent over the other hotels found on Munras. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the pool, and helpful staff. We will be back. Make sure to get your Aquarium tickets at the hotel desk, two days for the price of one.

Visiting local college

Easy drive to college and provided a close proximity to all the wonderful area by walking or a short drive!

Nice place

Pros: Location, price, fireplace, clean, quiet
Cons: We had a second floor room, no elevator for luggage.
Location: Walking distance to fisherman's wharf, restaurants, shopping. Short drive to cannery row, Monterey aquarium, beaches, pebble beach, golf.
Travelocity recommended this hotel after our original hotel cancelled our reservation. what a great spot! Front desk people were very helpful. Newly updated. The room was very spacious and had a gas fireplace. So nice! Comfortable bed too. Not much of a view from the room but very close to everything we wanted to do. Well worth it.

Hotel construction

Construction within the complex created some distribution ... Trucks and people talking loudly early morning. Past stay was pleasant.

centrally located.

travelocity rates were higher than their walk in rates. you got us the smallest room they had and had to upgrade for 30 more per night to a room that was just a little larger. very dissapointed not in the hotel, but in travelocity not getting us a deal but the other way. will not use you again if i can help it.

Monterey visit

Pros: The recent remodel had very nice upgrades to the rooms.
Cons: Very satisfied.
Very nice room. They have recently remodeled and you can tell, from the extremely comfortable beds to the ceiling fan in the room, the wood looking tile floor, the LED can lighting and gorgeous bathroom. Very nice place.

Great experience

Pros: It was very clean with comfortable beds.
Cons: We wish it had a more affordable restaurant. We did not use it because of the prices. There should not be workman on duty so early in the morning.
Location: The location was great. It was close to the things we wanted to do and had Denny's across the street. We went to the Aquarium and Farmers Market.
We took our family on vacation and got adjoining rooms. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable, especially the beds. We spent 3 nights and loved the serenity of the location but on the last morning there was noise in the room above starting at 5:00am. They must have been doing refurbishing and I wish I had called the desk to complain. We were never able to get back to sleep. It was too bad it ended that way but the rest of our stay was great.
