    Want to give 5 starts but the lady who checked us in was so crappy. All the other staff was exceptional. Loved the cleaning staff and ladies working the morning buffet. The large rooms were great.

    The room was big enough for all 5 people. Very clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast was great! Very satisfying.

    The staff are not very friendly and didn’t mention anything about breakfast or where to park our car. We were handed our room key. I’ve stayed at other IHG hotels and the room we got was SMALL. The two beds looked like full and not queen sized beds. The two small little windows overlooked the roof or something. Additionally, there’s no microwave and there were no cups in the room for beverages! The beds were great and room was clean but this is not the IHG standard I’m used to so I’m disappointed at this property. The location was great and close to Cannery Row which was good. However, my family will not be staying at this location next time!

    Staff was great. Parking is limited. Lots of stairs, not easy for disabled persons. Bathtub was slick, my 16 year old son slipped in shower, bruised ribs. Great location, you can see and smell the ocean.

    The receptionist at check-in wasn't very friendly. Breakfast could be better with more options. The rooms were clean and I loved that you can have coffee/tea available 24/7.
