Our Stay at the Cannery row inn was very relaxing and comfortable. We loved hanging out on our balcony to see the view of the ocean. You can’t beat the location!!! Walking distance to cannery row for shopping and dining. We have been to this hotel several times and will be back in the future.

The stay was fine, but we had to use the “automated” checkin process using the kiosk and it was slow, cumbersome, and ultimately we had to use the checkin counter with a real person in order to checkin. Remove the kiosk and improve the checkin experience

Our room had no ocean view. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance and easy to get to. The room was clean but the interior lighting was poor and inadequate. Also, the counter space around the bathroom sink is inadequate and cramped.

Asked for a change in dollars to coins but the property staff said they dont deal with any money at all. Checkout process talking to display was a bit strange. Property provided great comfort and easy access to the beach, surrounding areas. Thank you.

I have stayed here many times and I like the new keyless doors. But i didn’t like the new check in system and I didn’t like that with the bathroom sink I couldn’t wash my hands because the faucet is right against the rim of the sink bowl.

The room was very clean. However the TV had an issue of pausing on its own every few minutes, or just changing the channel on its own. The mattress was a bit hard, but that’s me being nitpicky. It was super easy to check in and a unique room. I would book again!
