It was a nice property. The pool was very tiny and the breakfast was not good— however the most important aspects which are cleanliness and safety, I would rate very highly.

It was everything I had expected—clean, safe, and with great service. The only downside is their breakfast area, which is too crowded, making it difficult and awkward to wait for a bagel or a pancake. We had to skip breakfast for those reasons. There is no AC, but it was not an issue. There are fan ceilings, and the balcony door can be kept open. The pool and jacuzzi were okay, the area is not that big, but it is clean. Overall, 9/10, recommend.

Clean and great location. Its a warm visit. No a/c and the ceiling fan is on high, unable to adjust speed which was uncomfortable. They should fix that and it would be perfect Love the staff. Friendly

My stay here was pleasant. The staff were amazing and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. Parking was very easy and the pools were heated which was so nice. Definitely will be staying here again.

Nice hotel! Excellent location, easily walkable to downtown and to the wharf. Day shift front desk woman could have been more polite and generous about providing 2 bottles of water. She was pretty snippy and wanted us to buy water from vending machine despite policy to provide 2 bottles upon check in. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

Nice friendly check in, lobby was welcoming. Location was wonderful. Easy walk to downtown, pier, and restaurants. This hotel does not have air conditioning in the rooms. Most of the time the ceiling fan helps but with unusually warm weather it was the first time for us it was bothersome. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. The new bedding was fresh and lovely, however, the mattress was not up to par. Way way too soft. It killed our backs, and we do not have a history of back problems. The previous beds were just fine!

The stay was great but I do want to note that they don’t have AC in the rooms, and the fan was very noisy so it made it hard to sleep. Also to add in that you could hear the elevator each time someone used it.

The bedrooms were large and comfortable. Lots of space for clothes, items, and there's even a refrigerator. The staff was friendly and helpful, and even managed to secure the last room for my niece. It's very close to Fisherman's Wharf!
