People in the front desk are terrible. They shouldn’t be facing customers. We were put in a room with no air conditioning in the middle of the California heatwave. We called a couple of times and nothing was done. Staff in the front desk is even implying that I don’t know how to operate an A/C controller instead of providing a solution. What a terrible experience. Never again with this hotel. People should stay away from this one.

Did not like that there was only one chair in room to sit on. Only one suitcase rack. No maid service to remove trash, empty waste basket, or bring in more water and plastic cups on the second day. Price was extremely high for nothing! no place to sit outside. We are females in our mid seventies and had to walk up two flights of stairs carrying luggage.

Check in was quick and easy. The facilities were open and clean. Very happy with our stay. Only down fall was the rooms are a bit small.

Not enough parking for guests. I could hear the dog upstairs running sprints across the floor. There was rust along the door frames and on the floor from the bed frame. The mattress was lumpy. The staff barely looked at me when checking in or asking where I should park when I arrived back for the night and found ZERO parking. Do not go here!
