Very nice location and outstanding customer service. We mentioned we were celebrating our anniversary and they upgraded our room and sent us a bottle of champagne, all complementary :-) Unfortunately that day was raining pretty bad, so we couldn't enjoy the jacuzzi.

Its old havent been updated for ever.. myvreservation says include breakfast i wentvthere treated bad says no had to o back to front desk get apologized too and get sent back to breakfast..

We were given a room right next to the front desk which was very busy and noisy. The room was also a handicap room (which we didn't ask for nor did we need). The bathroom (designed for handicap) had no counter space and the sink was entirely too small for our needs. We were not given the opportunity to give feedback at check out by Thomas. We were charged in addition to the high price of the so so room, an extra $15.00 for parking which we did not know about ahead of time. AND they put an extra $50.00 charge on my credit card for incidentals, never happened before. Not going back there.

Room for 2 queen was a bit small but otherwise, not bad experience. Pool and Lobby experience was awesome for all!

Good for families.

It was so nice to relax with room service after a busy day. The whole family loved the pull and hot tub and the beds were very comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel food ucky.

Breakfast buffet $14.99 unacceptable . Food was terrible. Same hotel in flagstaff included breakfast in hotel cost.
