A nice attempt at renovating but it fell short...
For a 2 star hotel i would give it 4/10. Mainly for the comfort of the bed. I feel they made an attempt to remodel the rooms with vinyl plank floors and a nicely remodel bathroom. The shelfing could be better and maintenance should take a look at an unstable toilet. The shower was extremely nice with multiple shower heads. The room was very clean and the parking was free which I appreciated. I need at least a 6/10 to return or recommend it. The bed killed it for me.

We have stayed at this hotel before it’s always been wonderful- however this time it was a bad experience - no hot water for our showers had to use my in-laws room to bath our kids - management could not seem to fix the issue myninlaws paid for queen beds but got double beds instead

The property location is conveniently located a block or two away from major shopping center and great restaurants! However, the property was not properly cleaned and my son got sick with a stomach bug he picked up from being in their pool! Overall, the hotel was priced well, convenient location, but poorly cleaned & noisy.

Has both Pros and Cons
Overall a decent stay with some issues. Pros: Comfortable beds and pillows, bath tub with good water pressure, big bathroom, quiet throughout our stay even when it looked like all rooms were filled. Area felt very safe and walking distance to the mall with lots of stores and restaurants. Cons: Parking can be tight especially if a big car is parked beside yours. Room felt small for two double beds, not alot of closet space for all our luggages, it felt cramped. The bathroom steams/fogs up so bad even with the fan on and window open. The bathroom tiles/floor would get so wet after a warm shower that it gets so dirty very easily. We had room service on Day 2, which was nice, but on Day 3 they opened the door without knocking. My sibling left that morning while I was still sleeping which explains why the bolt and double lock were not on, but knocking should still be a given because you never know what your customers could be doing in their rooms. On Day 4, we requested housekeeping but was told they got "too busy with checkouts". We left that afternoon to evening, as we stepped out of our room we saw housekeeping working on the room beside ours so we assumed our room would be next. We returned at 10:30pm that evening but housekeeping did not clean our room or refreshed towels. Overall, it was a decent stay but could use some improvement on issues mentioned above.
