We've stayed at this property in the past when they had another name. The staff is great. The room not only looked very clean, but it smelled clean even in the morning. You know how some room smell nice when you get in and then in the morning they don't? That was not the case. The location for Monterey is great, a short drive to wherever you want to go. We will check for room availability here first whenever we head back to Monterey. (We go 3 or 4 times a year.) Well done to all the staff at The Inn at 1252 in Monterey,

Charged my CC twice. My refund was "pending" for a couple of days. Disappointed to have to wait for my funds to be available. Especially when you're there for one night
