The room was clean and staff was really friendly. The location is amazing and we were able to walk everywhere. We also enjoyed the hot chocolate and coffee in the morning. The room did get a little warm because there is no AC and the open window wasn't getting the cool air from outside. This was at the end of December on cold days so keep that in mind during the Summer. There was a portable fan in the room that helped a little. Street noise was REALLY Loud at night, and window had to be open due to no AC. There must be a bar near the street because you could hear glass being dumped frequently and a lot of street noises until very late.

We had an amazing experience. Katie at the front desk really helped us out and explained the ease of parking nearby or vallet and all the places around. It's a Historic Hotel so the regular rooms are a tad tight, def worth upgrading to a larger room. We stayed in the King Suite and for the price you can't beat it. We had a beautiful view of the Marina. Everything is close, we never drove once. We tried so many great restaurants, bars, pubs, coffee shops, doughnut shops you name it. The Marina is a 5 min walk. Such a fantastic trip. Def will want to come back. If you like history, being close to everything, and good pricing stay here!

Great location and very atmospheric. Staff were excellent . I had to make a room change because I needed a mini fridge for some medication and they were really helpful . A 1904 hotel that has seen some things and is a little shabby in places but still a really nice stay at a non-corporate hotel in a beautiful city.

$386 in surprise costs. Room not cleaned, no clean towels in 3 nights. Inconvenient, outdoor passage (in the rain!) to historic portion of the hotel. No restaurant. Paid almost $600 in advance for 3 nights, then hit with $386 additional. Could have done better for that much money,
