The room was really dated. The carpet was in bad shape. There were nicks in the paint and stains on the walls. The bed was ok. The bathroom fixtures were from the 70s or 80s. Water pressure in shower was good. I was put in the historic part of the hotel which apparently means it is old and neglected. The window to my room, #408, was adjacent to a street that is quite loud. Fixtures in the room were old, TV was small (like computer monitor size), and desk was tiny. The staff was great and friendly. My only complaint was my room. Honestly, it was pretty gross. I wore socks in the room because I was worried about the carpet being clean.

Staff was great and polite, but the room and building were outdated and old. Carpets were gross and appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. You could hear everything inside and outside of the hotel room, street sweepers, music, garbage truck, etc. room was old, patches in ceiling, holes in the wall where a painting might have been? Carpets old and gross looking. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable. Overall, the price was not worth what was paid.
