The hotel has added a parking charge. When we returned back after dinner, the entire parking lot is full and this is not a part of the town where there is any street parking within about a mile when we try to speak to someone at the hotel, there is no staff on site only a virtual assistant, and they had absolutely no solution

Had trouble with the text check in, but when we got there, no problems with in person check in. The suite was nice and large, clean, beds were comfy. Shower water got hot quickly and had nice, strong flow. Room temperature was good. Only complaints were that there wasn't an elevator and had to carry heavy suitcases up the stairs, and the microwave had damage to the inside and needed to be replaced. Overall good experience and would definitely stay there again!

Hotel was fine. What's interesting is that aside from the housekeeping staff, I didn't see any other staff on premise. I went into the lobby to ask if I could store my luggage at the hotel and surprisingly I was greeted by someone via a digital kiosk. It was... strange. I think the person was based in another country, and they said they could not store my luggage because no one was there. Maybe this was mentioned in some other comments or somewhere in the hotel description but I was surprised by it. Area was fine, hotel was fairly clean, the pool was a bit noisy.

The office staff seemed fine. The other staff that was fine, except they didn't know how to help US Open the door. The pool and spa was down. The pool and spa was down was not notified.Ahead of time, so very unhappy, that was one of our adventures is why I booked that hotel it was down for construction, so they knew ahead of time

The door wouldn't work correctly for 4 hours after check in and we couldclose it or risk not being able to open the door without help from the front desk. The pool was schedfor Maintenence on Monday 11/10. They closed the pool early Sunday 11/9. We specifically stayed here because of the pool and spa. This was very disappointing as the website stated ot would be open until Monday. Thrre wrre also seversl maintenance issues within our room. Fail as a hospitality issue.
