Pool was cold and the jacuzzi was out and of action. Another issue was difficulty in contacting the hotel for pick up at Wood Island,so we mostly used UBER or went to Beach mont and walked the mile or so to the hotel. Breakfast was good, rooms quiet and beds comfortable

"Everyone at this hotel has always been very kind and provided great service. I have stayed at the Seaport hotel for the past four years when I come for the Boston Marathon. Each year, I receive a $35 VIP credit to spend on food or beverages, and I have always used it at Starbucks without any issues. This year, however, I was told that due to company policy, the credit cannot be used at Starbucks, so I was not given the $35 credit. I understand it is not a large amount, but since this benefit was provided in previous years, I feel disappointed and a bit misled. I hope you can help clarify this policy and consider honoring the credit this time."
