Paid for shuttle and parking , shuttle was 45 minutes late. We ended up taking a cab None working pool and hot tub Weird hose and bucket set up coming from ceiling outside our door

The pool area was so cold it was 59 degrees and the hot tub was broken so me qnd my family could not go swimming and the heat in the room was broken i told the staff she said ohh okay

If i could afford to live there i would. That bed was the most comfortable i have ever slept in. Literally. The staff was friendly and knowledgable. The breakfast was amazing. The room was spotless. The airport shuttle was efficient, the driver courteous. The front desk had a prepared to go breakfast for each traveler.
