So the front desk needs more people. I had to back downstairs to get the key to work. Used the bath frame the toilet did not flush. Had to switch rooms because maintenance was not on sight

Paid for two queens and got two double beds. Front desk staff wouldn’t answer the phone. It was very loud. The soap has zero suds.
