The Hampton Inn has an airport shuttle every 15 minutes to take you to and from the airport, and a few other local places. I got in rather early for check in(0945) so couldn't check in yet. However, I was offered the free breakfast they offer every morning. It was very nice, not the usual cereal and donuts. By the time I finished eating, my room was ready, and they gave me my keys. My room was in a very quiet section; no crazy people running round drunkenly and making a huge noise. It didn't take long for me to flop into bed and conk out for awhile, as my flight had left at 0530. What's the 'O' stand for? Oh, my God, it's early! I had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. Front desk was very kind and helpful. Housekeeping was very unobtrusive. The on site restaurant had very good food. Would I stay there again when I go to Boston? Absolutely!

The facilities were comfortable and the staff was polite. Location worked well for our needs. Good options for breakfast were limited but tasty. Dining areas are large and spaces are contemporary. Only negative was the cold water in the pool and the fact that the drain was missing it’s cover.

Loud hotel. Staff and people in general rude. Needs more elevators. Room on the 7th floor took forever to get an elevator. It was out of most foods and alcohol. With a poor selection of foods as well. Shuttles old, smelled and dirty. No shampoo and had to ask for more toilet paper. The product line being used in the shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is awful! Drying and left me itching and hair like straw.
