Room was great so was breakfast buffet. The real difficulty is the airport shuttle. We called several times from the airport to get shuttle info. We were hung up on several times and put on hold for over 20 minutes before we hung up . I had to call Hilton customer support to call the Hampton to get them to tell us where to get the shuttle. It took us an hour to get through. Not Hilton quality. Try using a phone system to dial a number that gives you a recording for gate info, seems like a simple solution.
