The staff was professional but the room could have been better. Although it was clean the electrical outlets and the USB outlets between the beds and at the desk didn’t work. They had about 4 people working the breakfast are but they spent most of the time just talking amongst themselves. They ran out of creamer and coffee and had to be reminded that it had to be restocked.

We use this nice hotel for their long-term parking program. We are 15 minutes from Logan, and if we have an early flight we can stay the night before and take the shuttle to the airport. The parking is well run, efficient and they go to a lot of trouble. the breakfast is pretty great, good for nutrition when flights don't have food. Nothing fancy but this hotel is exactly the right place for travel from Boston. Very nice and efficient, on-the-job staff.
