Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Mon serving breakfast was especially sweet and kind. My only criticism is the room smelled like a glade plug in was being used which gave me a small headache.

When we entered the hotel, the hotel smelt like marijuana the entry hallway. We were given a room and the room that we went into somebody previously had been in the room, smoking marijuana. I went to the front desk and the front desk gave us a new room, but the room is not very clean, but we had stayed there before and maybe we stayed in a part that I’ve been redone. I don’t know, but I was not very pleased with it and I won’t be staying there again

My room smelled like CIGARETTES! I don’t smoke it was nasty and disgusting, it doesn’t supposed to be forbidden? Also the check in took forever, the system was broken, the lady made a mistake and gave me another persona reservation, she asked me for my credit card like 6 times because “it was a problem with the system “ I would never go back there

We stayed one night in a wheelchair accessible room (we didn't need one but we were give one). The room was clean. The bathroom shower leaked all over the floor because of the design of the barrier between the shower and the flood. The morning of our departure, a staff person knocked and then opened our door (with out waiting for us to say come in) and asked if we were leave today or the next day. I thought that this was rude (suppose we were not fully dressed when she knocked) and unnecessary because shouldn't she have a roster from the front desk about which guests were leaving one which day? Then there was the breakfast, which was terrible. The eggs were obviously out of a box and did not enough have salt on them. We don't like turkey bacon, which is what they offered. The coffee was terrible.
