Could have been cleaner

Room was clean, the artwork in the hotel is really cool, employees were kind. However, the bathrooms in the common area were filthy, and the tables in the living room area were never bussed for entire days at a time. The dishwasher was down, so no food was available except possibly breakfast? We did not try the breakfast buffet. The room's lights and tv are controlled by an ipad in the room, but it did not work well. The volume on the TV could be turned to LOUD or SUPER LOUD. We loved the location as it is 4 minutes to walk to our son's dorm at Berklee.

This a great hotel in a fantastic spot. Right on Mass Ave and Newbury St. you can easily walk to all the shopping and restaurants the area. There is also a T stop right across the street. The hotel staff was great, friendly, and informative. The hotel itself has great common areas to have a coffee or cocktail and relax. The room was not large but efficient. The views from our room were spectacular and it was very quiet. This will be my go to hotel when I'm in Boston.

I loved this hotel! It was in the perfect location, safe area and the room was small but had everything one could ask for. I loved the unique design of the hotel and the woman at the front desk even allowed us to check in a couple hours early for no charge! Excellent service and I would definitely stay here on my next trip back to Boston!
