Loved the efficiently designed and comfortable room, especially the window wall on one side of the huge bed. And really loved the common area/living room with high quality food available 24/7, a fun vibe where it was possible to get serious work done comfortably, and friendly staff. The innovations embodied in this hotel concept are truly thoughtful and welcome.

The hotel is very appealing and attractive. Easy check in and out. Room was very clean with all shower amenities, which was a plus. As most other reviews the rooms are small but efficient and great for a 1-2 night stay. The bed and pillows were too firm for my liking but they did offer softer pillows in the space below the bed. The hotel is in close proximity to everything in the Back Bay Area. Great shopping and restaurants all within a 5-10 minute walk. We will stay at CitizenM again.

Everything was great except for the room temperature. Seemingly the thermostat did not function properly but was aided if the window blinds, screens were closed. Given the inclement weather, a room entry mat would have been appreciated to capture/store wet shoes.

First time in my entire life (I am 50) that I can't use the pillow provided by the hotel, they were 3x too big for my liking. If you want to go to the restroom at night you have to wake up your significant other. I could tell when other rooms were using the bathroom. Fridge is as tiny as it gets. No glasses provided in the room. Heating would not work.
