Rooms have TV’s lights and shades that controlled by iPads. After a late arrival I had to change rooms twice until I was given one that worked properly. Staff were unprofessional (after calling front desk for a 2nd time, they answered “what’s up?” They did not apologize or act like they were at all trained in hospitality ) Having stayed at the other Boston location and having a fine experience it was a surprise how badly trained the staff here seemed. It’s low cost but in my past experience still had professionalism.
