The room was beautiful! Great view of the city and very comfortable. Valet parking staff were excellent! Hotel staff most friendly and knowledgeable. We ate at three restaurants inside the hotel, where the food and service was excellent! Looking forward to staying here again

My one major complaint in. It’s a serious one: are the showers. They need to have a nonslip something inside. When you use the body wash, the feet are very slippery. Even if it’s just a light decal. Also critical and I’m seeing it more and more and other hotels is a shower bar. You combine a slippery floor and nothing to hold onto in that’s a problem!

The room was pretty cramped and we had to ask the room to be cleaned. When we asked if they didn't perform daily cleanings, they said they do, they were just busy. It didn't feel like a good value for the money. I'll likely avoid Omni's in the future.

The shower had a used bar of soap in it. I requested two robes because there were two of us and they only provided one. When we tried to leave after check out, the room key code didn’t work like the service desk said it would. We were stuck in the parking garage, waiting for valet, for 20 minutes.
