My issue with this hotel was the room service. Beautiful hotel but when I pay for room service I expect real dishes, real silverware, not plastic and delivered like door dash. When I complained they did nothing, said I had to ask for real room service and yet nowhere on the room service menu does it say anything about this. They could have offered me a refund of half and I would have been happy. Very disappointed.

Lifted rooftop…the staff 11/29 at night were top notch. Bartender and bar back on point! Manager even went out of his way to go to different on site restaurant to learn mocktail recipe then come back and teach staff and customers. Became interactive experience for all. Above and beyond for sure!!
