I didn’t like the coffee machine in the room was broke and never could be fixed. The service brought a new one and the didn’t work. I had to ordered room service for coffee and the cost a fortune .

This hotel is very busy. It has numerous restaurants to choose from to eat. The hotel rooms are very clean and updated. The view of the Harbour are beautiful. Lots of planes to watch landing but surprisingly you don't hear them. Outside noise is completely shut out even though in a very busy part of the city. People mention that the ceilings in the rooms are just concrete slabs in previous reviews and that is accurate. It is the one thing that does make the room look unfinished but it did not bother us. It is also weird that the door for the toilet is tinted glass so when you turn the light on, you can kinda see in. Neither of these items would stop me from staying there again. Be prepared though parking is expensive. The hotel is attached to a parking garage that you can park in but it is $55 a night to self park or $65 for valet. It is a discounted price but still costly. Overall we reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting the Boston area.

Arrived early and room wasn't available- totally understandable- said they'd text me when it was available- never did. When i eventually returned, room still not assigned and room type was unavailable so I got a room with a wall view. Power went out in the room when I tried charging my phone and laptop. Guests services and Front desk never answered their phone or text. Went down to wait in line to finally get power fixed. Poor service, tiny room that faced a wall. Stay anywhere else.

The hotel was immaculate and everyone was very friendly. But for the price you pay, the room is very tiny. No private bathroom- you get a small toilet space and then a small shower space, but no privacy. This could be my bad not looking further at it, just for the price, we expected a little bigger.
