Overall property was good, great location and the staff very accommodating. Only thing that was disappointing was I requested an atrium view and was put in a room with no view. It appeared to be cement walls and the roof. The room felt cave-like, but it was great for sleeping. Linens were clean and the bed was very comfortable.

It’s an old building and the floors are not flat and you have rises and dips . Our elderly family member struggled at times

This was our second stay and we’ll definitely be back. Very nice hotel and rooms, five minutes from Long Wharf, the Aquarium, the North End and Faneuil Hall. Blue line subway stop right outside the hotel. Great place.
