Horrible staff

The front desk was rude and unhelpful. I have never recieved such poor service at any hotel I've ever stayed at

Very Disappointing

Pros: Location is great.
Cons: The friendliness of the staff, the a/c units working properly to keep the humidity out of the rooms, and softer more comfortable beds.
Location: It is located in the center of downtown Boston, there are so many things within walking distance or a short car/cab ride away.
This was my first time staying at the Club Quarters Hotel. I was very disappointed with this hotel for many reasons. First, the staff was not friendly, or even excited to have you as a guest. We had one person who was helpful but the other 10 people we encountered were rude, short and unfriendly. Second, the first room we were given was humid, so humid that our clothes became damp over night. We turned on the air upon first entering the room thinking that would help with the humidity but it did not, once we complained we were switched to a new room that was not humid, which was the only positive thing about our stay. Third, the beds were so uncomfortable that we should have slept on the floor instead. The first room we had was so small you could barley move around with two people in it, but the second room did have a little more space. We will not stay at this hotel again because of the unfriendly staff and the possibility of getting a room so humid that it causes your clothes to smell and become damp overnight.

Convenient location.

Pros: Being on the second floor was nice and close to the fitness room. Free filtered, chilled water was much appreciated and used daily.
Cons: Better coordination of customer self parking so that a customer is not charged the wrong rate because the didn't get validated.
Location: Close to many tourist attractions.
All good except parking validation needs to be transparent. When self parking, the car needs to be identified at a discounted rate (possibly by a ticket from the hotel). Leaving the responsibility of validation to the patron equates to validation of a parking pass by a restaurant. These two situations in reality do not equate.

Pricey for the room but good location makes up for

States two nights with my husband and grand daughter queen bed and pull out sofa once sofa is pulled out no getting around the room also housekeeping only cleaned up partly Didn't replace all used towels and kitchenette still had used glasses and no replenished coffee. Downstairs common area coffee was the worst I've ever tasted Nice touch though of purified water and bottles available. Comfy bed

Nice Hotel

Pros: Very nice and in a convenient location.
Location: Very close to Quincy Market area and a lot of the freedom trail. We were there to go to the theater but we took a 5 minute cab ride. No big deal.
Reservations went off without a hitch. Pillows were a little too full for me . My cousin said the bed was hard. The room was small but I guess that is what you get in the city. But we didn't need anything more. We were only there to sleep! Bonus-they had a purified,chilled water station in the hall where you could fill your own bottle or you could use the bottles provided. Location very close to Quincy Market area. Staff was friendly. They called a cab for us as we were pressed for time in order to get to a show on time. Convenient restaurant in the hotel - even though we didn't eat there.

Room was tiny, but fine since we weren't in the room much. Staff was ok - not very pleasant but not rude either. I liked the water bottle idea and how the hotel was making efforts to be green.

Best part is location

Pros: Location.
Cons: See above.
Location: Right in the heart of financial district
Couldn't get into room until later. Hotel staff didn't know immediate surrounding area, couldn't give very nearby directions. Elevator was slow, several times skipped floors. Hotel tries to improve guest comfort with information on a card offering, I think, sound machines, choice of pillows, etc. I didn't read entire card, though. Room floor was dirty...it could not have been vacuumed. Excellent location though. Attached to one of the few restaurants in area open late or on weekends...Elephant and Castle...excellent onion soup, ok salad.

Club quarters

Wonderful location (easy walk from subway and to trains the next day), friendly, helpful staff, great room. We arrived in Boston on a red eye flight. Staff stowed our luggage, gave us an early check-in, recommended places to eat & directed us to our destinations. We will stay there again & have already recommended club quarters Boston to family & friends.
