Room was small but clean and comfortable. The bathroom on the other hand was not kept up as far as maintenance. The door squeaked so that we wake up if either used it. It was out of line and hinges needed serious lubricant. When you took a shower the water would run all over the floor in the bathroom. I complained to the front desk and they said maintenance will take a look at it and that’s the way all bathrooms are in the hotel. Lucky for me it was just my girlfriend and I so we didn’t use the door if we used the bathroom at night

A perfect central location! Nice rooms and friendly staff. I really appreciated the filtered water stations on the floors and coffee machine in the common area. Enjoyed the attached restaurant/bar. Parking discount was very helpful too. Highly recommend this hotel!

Just stayed two nights at CP. i literally can not say enough good things about it. The service was superb. The hotel is beautiful, spotless and close to anywhere you’re going to want to visit. The restaurant in the hotel is equally great…. Excellent food, excellent service and awesome drinks! I parked in the close parking lot and it was about a 3 minute walk. For two nights, I paid $54 with the hotel stamp instead of the $88 it would have been. I plan on coming back in the next 8 weeks and 💯 will be staying here again. Thank you for a great experience!

The two women at the front desk were incredibly helpful! The larger man acted like he couldn't care less. My husband got caught in the stairway with no way out except for a door that said fire alarm will go off. There is no stairway use. All the floor doors are locked due to sharing the building with another business. We had an alarm go off so we all had to evacuate. It was a false alarm. Communication was very poor regarding this. The only mirror in our suite was in the bathroom making it very difficult for three adults to get ready each day.

Staff were incredibly friendly & helpful. The hotel common areas and our room were very clean & comfortable. We loved the water bottle refill stations (with complimentary bottles) on each floor! It’s located within easy walking distance of the Freedom Trail and restaurants. Discounted parking in a nearby garage was a nice perk. I’ll definitely stay here again.
