The location is convenient, the free snacks in the room is a nice touch, the beds were comfortable and the linens were luxurious. Nice sized room. I like that they had a water refill station on our floor that had flavored options, and you could choose between still and sparkling. Very eco-friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

The doorman were excellent! They made the stay pleasant . Very helpful with directions and advice! Prefer you have had a coffee shop that stayed open at least til 8 pm for when you arrive back for the night. The rooms were very comfortable - the shower could have used some-kind of additional “shelf” inside for toiletries and a towel Overall great experience ! Good location too !

Having arrived early, we were very happy to be able to get into our rooms right away. Wendy checked us in…five people, three rooms, and all were clean and comfortable. Wendy was very friendly and helpful and also provided suggestions for restaurants in the area. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The coffee shop and bar in the lobby were welcome assets.

Very clean rooms, so much of Boston is within walking distance from the hotel and if you are tired of walking: a T station is 30 seconds away. Very easy transport link to and from Logan airport. I was expecting some noise as it’s downtown but no; nice and quiet outside at night time. Super friendly staff. Would highly recommend.
