The day we arrived, noticed the comforter, under the cover, had blood stains on it. Gross! Did call down to front desk and they brought us a new one but that should have been caught by the cleaning staff before it was put on our bed!

Poor appliances

Very helpful staff, however unimpressed with room appliances. We had an amazing room but the “fridge” does not keep anything cold at all and the AC does not really keep the room cold either. Staying here in late June was very uncomfortable with these conditions.
