This is the second citizenM I have stayed at, and I must say I have loved their concept as well as their location in both Boston and Chicago. The only minus thing I could say would be. I wish they had coffee machines in the room.

The day we arrived, noticed the comforter, under the cover, had blood stains on it. Gross! Did call down to front desk and they brought us a new one but that should have been caught by the cleaning staff before it was put on our bed!

Beautiful hotel for solo travelers or couples. Breakfast was great and bar had good drinks. Shopping areas and restaurants all walking distance. Will be staying again next time we’re in Boston!

This hotel was a true Gem on my first solo trip. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind throughout my stay. The breakfast was worth it and quite yummy! They had many options for food, and everything I tried was delicious. The bar was wonderful, as was the lobby seating area. The room was the perfect comfy, cozy vibe with relaxing lighting and 'moods' that could be set for relaxation. It was a comfy place to lay my head! The bed and sheets/comforter were so comfortable and cozy. I loved having controls for my room on both the room iPad and my phone. I was able to adjust the temp as I was coming back from a very warm and sweaty concert! The late-night bites were wonderful, and the selections were perfect. Kayla was a joy to talk to and get help from, thanks to her bright and kind personality. Carlos was the trip savior and allowed me to talk to him while he was busy working the breakfast area and coffee bar. He gave me NUMEROUS recommendations for a rainy day of exploring in Boston. I felt like I was sitting down with a friend. He greeted me the next morning like a long-lost friend and asked me how my day of exploration was. Without him, I don't know if I would have had as much fun in Boston. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. I will be back with friends/family in the future, and I hope the staff is half as good as Kayla and Carlos! Thank you :)

Super cool modern cozy room with Hi-Tech integrated controls for lighting, tv, and window treatment creating total blackout with a push of a button helped us to have a great night sleep. The bed was large and very comfortable. The concept of integrated shower and toilette was new to me but the room and bathroom layout are well planned, and even though the overall space was smaller than I am used to, I really liked the concept of a smart room design that utilizes space effectively. Hallways, entrance, and the common living/dining areas are cleverly designed and decorated making for an fun unforgettable experience.
