Thia was a nice "cozy" little room. The Bed was AMAZING! Its the most comfortable ive ever slept on! However... We had some issues with the room. There were some things that did not work. The light switch at the entrance would only turn the lights off, not on. So coming back to the room after a night of live music and alcoholic beverages was pretty dangerous! We had to stumble all the way in by the bed (at the back of the room) to use a switch there. The light switches for the bathroom area did not work probably either. We also had no control of the temperature in the room. It was kept at around 66 or 67. This room also has a huge window that is behind the bed...it does not keep the cold out very well. We were freezing cold! Even under the covers! We tried to distrack our selves by watching some tv....but guess what...that didnt work either!! The service was great. But our room sucked! It was not worth what we paid for it at all!

Super efficient. It’s connected to the TD center. Everything you needed was on the same block. Food, parking, grocery, Starbucks, and TD center. I would definitely stay again.

Great location next to a new food hall and North Station…walkable to North End. Fun decor. Great cappuccino at the lobby bar, but no coffee in-room. Also had to ask for lotion and conditioner, as they were not supplied in-room. The whole iPad automated angle is fun - if it works - but in this case check-in was a pain in the butt because the kiosk was acting up. The front desk staff kind of just let us falter till we asked for help with that. Also in-room, the colored lights only worked in the bath pod, it took forever for me to pair my iPad with the TV, and the shades were haywire…at one point while my daughter was in the shower, the shades randomly went down and all the lights went out. Luckily I was there, or she would have been trapped in the shower in complete darkness. Left me feeling like all the “technology” complicated matters more than making things easier. Much different experience than Amsterdam.

There was absolutely nothing that was great about our stay. I booked this hotel for my fiancé’s 30th birthday! And from the moment of us attempting to check in it was a nightmare. The staffing was absolutely rude and disrespectful the room was not suitable for a couple not to mention the bed was completely and totally awful with crap pillows… I would never recommend this hotel to absolutely anybody. The worst hotel I have ever stayed at
