I checked in late night and didn’t know there was an intercom by the revolving door (no instructions about that although I messaged the property about my late check in). Downloaded the citizenM app which did nothing and only added more confusion. I was able to go in with another person who tapped their card on the door. Otherwise the staff were kind and accommodating when I arrived at the front desk. The cost of my stay was really expensive but I would say less compare to other hotels around. Overall I enjoyed my stay and the view from my room. I will recommend this hotel.

The staff were incredibly kind, great service. The room is on the smaller side, but usable and comfortable for one person. Amazing for someone planning to go to a concert/game at TD Garden. Bed and bedspread are super comfortable too. Favorite part was the iPad which could control the blinds, lights, and TV. Only gripe was there were some socks from a previous guest that fell in the gap between the bed and the wall. Good gym that’s almost always empty. Overall, would stay again, great service, gorgeous views.

This is the second citizenM I have stayed at, and I must say I have loved their concept as well as their location in both Boston and Chicago. The only minus thing I could say would be. I wish they had coffee machines in the room.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and hotel could not be in a better location! Room was a bit small and minimal, but has all you would need. Lobby is a great space to hangout, grab a late snack, or enjoy a drink on the balcony. We enjoyed the breakfast several mornings, and the espresso/coffee bar was an awesome addition.

The room was tiny but clean. Staff were terrible. The technology and several lights in the room were broken or unusable. It was kind of ridiculous. Close to convenience stores and lots of food.

The location is good though not actually in the North End but next to. It is mainly walkable. The history of how the concept of the hotel came about is basically don't waste space on the rooms. The rooms are small meaning the width of the room is the length of a king bed. Meaning one person has to crawl over the other. The shower and toilet are in a capsule together. No glasses, no extra towels and definitely no robes. The city view was FABULOUS. The extra space is in the lobby with lots of places to sit and read, work or play games. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
