This is the second citizenM I have stayed at, and I must say I have loved their concept as well as their location in both Boston and Chicago. The only minus thing I could say would be. I wish they had coffee machines in the room.

The day we arrived, noticed the comforter, under the cover, had blood stains on it. Gross! Did call down to front desk and they brought us a new one but that should have been caught by the cleaning staff before it was put on our bed!

This is a new type of hotel and it is not for me. I see this working for 1 person traveling for a day or 2 max on business. No parking No front desk, you check in your self and make your own key. The room is smaller than tiny but very clean. I would imagine rooms like this in Japan. To sum up. Clean and cozy but too costly for the size and lack of services. Not for me.

Nice clean room - nice Staff. The area is not so clean like Seaport for example because it’s close to a big Train Station. For one night it was excellent.

There was really nothing “wrong” with this property, unless you’re a bit older and don’t want to crawl over your partner in bed to get to the other side . King bed was inserted between walls at the window, so that is the only way to get there . Just a very nonstandard layout.
