I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean. Hotel clerk, Dillon (sp?) was kind and helpful. He had a list of local restaurants at the front desk and answered all my questions. There is no fridge or microwave in the rooms but that was fine. There is free tea, coffee, and hot chocolate in the lobby and the microwave is downstairs in the basement. They even have dessert plates, dinner plates, bowls, napkins and utensils that you can use! The hotel is in walking distance to lots of restaurants and transportation options. The cost of the hotel was great!

Tbh it was a good hotel. Very clean, very spacious as well! Loved the two bedroom concept w a curtain separating the two. However I think the windows should be thicker because I could hear absolutely everything at night from the outside and it drove me insane. I couldn’t sleep because of the traffic noise or the people shouting. Felt like the window was open.

Very clean room, very comfy bed and bedding. The room was perfect for one. Staff very nice. Slightly thin walls, but the other occupants were relatively quiet. Elevator was rather loud and rattling, but it’s an older building. Otherwise, wonderful stay, would do it again.

The room was clean and tidy. The housekeeping staff did a great job but I am displeased with the front desk woman during the graveyard shift upon my departure in the early hours. Nobody had followed through to call a cab to the airport for a very early flight in the morning that I requested, and then later confirmed with 2 staff members that it was fine. I was waiting in the lobby and no driver showed. I asked the woman to check on this and she didn’t want too. She stated that they don’t call for cabs and told me to just wait and the cab will come. I said that at this time of day there is no traffic and he wouldn’t be late. I asked the receptionist to call a cab. She didn’t want to be bothered. She had to get back to doing nothing I guess. Her attitude was snarky and flippant. I know it’s not a 5 star hotel but helping out guests is a common courtesy that any hotel should provide, even the worst 1 star ones. All she had to do was pick up the phone and call a cab to the hotel address, that’s it. Not everyone uses uber or sometimes people forget their phones or they don’t get a signal or whatever. She finally looked up a number for me then stated do you have anything to write it down on. There were Post-its right there. Unbelievable. She wrote it down but I had to go back up and use the room phone to deal with it because she wasn’t going to do anything. Around 35 minutes lost due to this. I would have given a great review but this incident left me disturbed. Won’t stay again

Booked a room for 4 for a 2 night stay- dropping kid off at college. It was fine. Much prefer the single room, organizationally better. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Functional, affordable and accessible for folks like me! Will stay there again
