The room was great! The staff on the other hand was not ideal. Called to let them know I would be checking in late (12:00am). When I got there no one was at reception to buzz me in. I stood outside the door knocking and calling reception for 10-15 good minutes! On top of that the attitude from the person who checked me in was unacceptable. Also in the morning the attitude was still there! The only one nice was the lady who is pregnant. Sadly it was only a brief encounter with this lady, wish she was the point of contact.

The 2 queen room was very clean, with a nice cubby built on the bed to store and charge electronics. Ice, 24hr coffee, plastic utensils and paper plates were avaliable. On the 4th floor, it was very quiet. This is a 2 block walk from Boston Commons and the pick up point for the trolley

This hotel was a great spot! It was perfect walking distance to Chinatown, about 10 min, and about 15 min to the Public library. The room was big enough for the two of us. Our room had a queen bed with a small desk beside it. The bathroom was very spacious.

location, location, location. This hotel is in a great place if you are going to the theatre or want to visit Chinatown. The room was VERY small, BUT had everything you need and was comfortable. My only complaint is the lighting is AWFUL!!! A piercing spotlight over the bed and one surrounding the mirror. The bathroom was clean and had a nice walk in shower. The staff is very welcoming and gracious.
