Nice clean rooms, staff was very welcoming and friendly. The view and location is maxing. Only con is you if they put you in a room with a connecting door you can hear the people in the other room and is your neighbor is inconsiderate that could be a problem.

Great location. The staff was excellent. One negative was that we had a room designed for disabled persons. The shower had no curtains, just the drain on the floor. Not really the hotel's fault. I asked for help on the flight so I guess that followed over to the hotel. The hotelwas kind enough to adjust the price.

Water taxi from airport was perfect way to start nice vacation. Housekeeping did a great job preparing rooms each day. Location allows for easy walk to Little Italy or down the warfs. We will be back.

Felt the safe in the area. Rooms were small not very clean and outdated. No refrigerator or microwave even after requesting these items at booking. Parking was a big issue, asked for valet and told to park in a lot down the street and walk back. Terrible view of shrubs in water view room.

I thought the location was great but the room seemed a little worn out. Example one of the fixtures was chipped next to bed and the door to bathroom was also warm with difficulty closing completely.

The BW hotel is in a great location. It's near the water and you can walk to tons of restaurants/tourist landmarks, etc. The rooms were spacious, the TV was large, beds were firm and not lumpy like other places and I liked the free water. I don't know why the fridge and/or microwave is not just in your room. They made staff drag it to various rooms upon request. The staff was friendly and the cleaning service was good. Unfortunately, we did not get a room upgrade with the VIP benefit but I appreciate the resort fee being waived (although, I wouldn't say this was a resort)...and the rating should be a 4 instead of a 4.5 on Expedia. We were also on the first floor so beware that you may hear people walking/talking around late at night because there is a path to the water so you will hear that.

No snacks or food options other than restaurant, no store to purchase any food/drinks. Bar closed early. Breakfast service slow and food not good, cold coffee. Good location but the hotel facilities and service need a major upgrade for the money charged.
