I was not offered VIP services. I loved most everything about the property. Desk should know how to assist in transit from airport to property as it is rather confusing for first time visitors - meaning the subway, buses, water taxis… we called and got very little help! Also, fridges and micros are not givens, have to request if any are available!

The property was clean and conveniently located. Our check in was delayed by nearly two hours. The 1st desk attendant was rude. After waiting additional time, and approaching the desk again because I hadn’t heard back, the 2nd attendant was attentive and made arrangements to get us into a room. If it hadn’t been for that experience, I would’ve rated the stay as excellent.

We loved the friendliness of the staff at the hotel. Their hospitality was amazing. We also enjoyed walking around the area and finding unique eateries. We would highly recommend the Battery Wharf Hotel to anyone.

The only saving grace to our stay was Sandy, at the front desk. I would give her 10 stars! All other front desk people seemed as if we were never there. No friendlies. Our 30 year anniversary and no one, except Sandy could care less. It was more like what do you want, we don't care.

Great Location
Great Spacious, clean & comfortable room with great dining closeby. The only negative is the Resort fee. I find this nothing more than a regressive hit on the Tourist & more Hotels are applying this Tax to make more revenue. This Tax also attracts Government Taxes on top off too.
