My only reason for less than 5 stars is that the bathroom toiletries were half used by the prior guest and opened. Other than this it was a great experience. Only stayed one night so it was perfect otherwise.

The location is great; the room was spacious, and clean. There were absolutely no amenities - not even a bottled a bottled water or a water service in the lobby. The There wasn't a coffee or tea offering in the lobby let alone a thoughtful gesture like a cookie, snack or novelty offering either. We booked for two beds but was told that only one king bed is available and we were provided with a rollaway bed which wasn’t that comfortable. We paid for two beds.

We stayed here for a quick impromptu trip. My family of 4 in an accessible from on the 11th floor. The views were beautiful, views of the tea party museum and during sunrise and sunset, walks along harbor walk and to explore surround areas were beautiful. The lobby was gorgeous. The bathroom had mold on the caulking - that was not acceptable - they should have a look at this. Overall it was a good experience. Would have rated excellent except for the mold. Boston was magical otherwise!
