My room was very nice and clean- it smelled great and the shower was spotless. I was very impressed with the white noise machine in the room that did raise the bar for me. Dining room was a nice touch and the food was so good. The elevator didn’t sound safe and the morning front desk was not the most outgoing when I asked about grabbing a juice to go after breakfast hours, didn’t think it would be that serious but here it apparently is lol I’d stay again

Staff was professional. Bar with craft beer conveniently located in lobby. When we arrived heat was turned off for the entire hotel. They provided a space heater which blew a fuse for our half of the hall so no power for a short while. Very responsive. Did at that point get heat turned on for hotel, but hours later still cold enough for extra blankets. Breakfast average. Tried charging for VIP perks, will see if it is refunded to card with damage deposit. Nice staff, would not stay again.

Pictures can be deceiving

The hotel looks a lot nicer in the photos than it actually is. There are not sufficient outlets in the room for plugging in electronics, or anything else for that matter. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. The staff was nice but I would not choose this hotel again.

The property is affordable and clean. My husband enjoyed grabbing a beer at night from the beer wal. If you are staying in Allison this is a great deal. Especially if you are just there to sleep. We choose to book in Allison because of affordability but all of our activities were in the city. There is the bus stop right behind the hotel. 70 bus takes you right into the city where you ride the T train wherever you want to go. It takes about 15 minutes to get to the t train. We are young and enjoyed the adventure but if I could do it again I would just pay the extra money to stay in the city.

This hotel was about 15 minutes away from BC, which was where we were going to spend most of the weekend. Check in was pretty fast, the staff was friendly and we were even offered a glass of wine. The decor was kind of industrial/artsy. The hotel had a restaurant with quite a few automated craft beer taps, which looked interesting but we went out everyday so didn’t try it. We did try the french fríes, which were great. The hallways were VERY industrial looking and the rug looked like it needed some deep cleaning. Our room was in the South section, which was all the way in the back of the property, a bit far but not terrible. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were great, as was the water pressure and it had good blackout shades. On the downside….We missed having a coffeemaker in our room. Our sink in particular also looked a bit cracked/worn. The view from our room was part parking lot, part what looked to be like a sand distributor…very close in fact so we kept the curtains shut most of the time for privacy. The hotel had parking, but the space markings were a bit faded, leading to confusion as to where to park, particularly in the back and side parking lots. Continental breakfast was included and the bagels were fresh & delicious. At check out we had to repeat that we were Silver VIP members so they could waive one day of the resort fee. We had told the staff at check in & were promised it would be removed before we checked out but they still hadn’
