Our tv was broken. Normally that wouldn’t matter (We would prefer to be out exploring), but after a week of travel with two small kids, we were ready for a relaxing evening before an early flight out. My overall point is that we called maintenance and to be fair they really did try to fix but when it didn’t work it was like “ohhh sorry, we tried” instead of “how can we make this work/switch rooms/etc”. A small issue that was only a bummer because of the circumstances.

The only reason I chose this hotel was that it shows they could bring a rollaway bed, but I was told they no longer provide them upon check-in.

I truly don’t know how this hotel has such good ratings. The check in is really late (4:00) when I got my room an event was going on and loud music (very loud even in my room) was blasting until after 10pm on a Sunday, I asked to be moved and they said they didn’t have availability. All night I could hear stuff going on in the lobby (people talking and the phone ringing) There was used tissues on the bathroom sick, and the hotel has no amenities. I was really disappointed and shocked at how this crummy hotel was priced the way it was.
