This hotel was about 15 minutes away from BC, which was where we were going to spend most of the weekend. Check in was pretty fast, the staff was friendly and we were even offered a glass of wine. The decor was kind of industrial/artsy. The hotel had a restaurant with quite a few automated craft beer taps, which looked interesting but we went out everyday so didn’t try it. We did try the french fríes, which were great. The hallways were VERY industrial looking and the rug looked like it needed some deep cleaning. Our room was in the South section, which was all the way in the back of the property, a bit far but not terrible. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were great, as was the water pressure and it had good blackout shades. On the downside….We missed having a coffeemaker in our room. Our sink in particular also looked a bit cracked/worn. The view from our room was part parking lot, part what looked to be like a sand distributor…very close in fact so we kept the curtains shut most of the time for privacy. The hotel had parking, but the space markings were a bit faded, leading to confusion as to where to park, particularly in the back and side parking lots. Continental breakfast was included and the bagels were fresh & delicious. At check out we had to repeat that we were Silver VIP members so they could waive one day of the resort fee. We had told the staff at check in & were promised it would be removed before we checked out but they still hadn’

My friend and I came for the YungBlud concert, our first adventure together and everything was amazing! The complimentary wine and charcuterie was the perfect snack before the show. The staff was amazing friendly and engaging. The rooms were spacious and clean and the art and bright colors around the hotel was so different and uplifting. 💯 will recommended and come again!

This is a beautiful place. I enjoyed my time there and the people who work there. My room was lovely. I just wish I would have been told that there was going to be a MASSIVE, LOUD party for several hours Saturday afternoon when I had planned on resting. Overpriced even for Boston. On the plus side it was convenient to Fenway. It was however lacking in most respects. No signs, looks like a dump from the road. The place was not overly clean. Breakfast was non-existent. Hard boiled eggs and cold smashed tater tots?! Paying almost $900 for TWO nights, I expected more. The second night we stayed there was a “promotional party” that required security and shut down the whole bar/restaurant area. It actually looked like a wannabe Diddy party—either way we weren’t even able to have a relaxing drink bc that ruckus. Also maybe don’t have a nasty ping pong table in the middle of the breakfast area.

Great property for travelers looking for proximity to Harvard (walking) and Fenway (short Uber). It had a fun, funky vibe and the rooms were clean and comfortable. An adjoining room option was available which made travel with my group even better. The games and access to restaurant were a plus. I wish the restaurant opened earlier but that is not up to the Allston. There is a McDonald’s nearby which was a nice option in the morning as the breakfast protein was hard boiled eggs every day. I would stay again for sure!
