The staff was pleasant, but the Expedia app said there was free breakfast from 4am-10am and there is not. We had a flight at 6 was hopping to eat before we left.

It is typical for Marriott Courtyard to have a courtesy breakfast and parking. All of which is free. Breakfast was good but expensive and parking at $30 a night was ridiculous. Not including these fees on Expedia was misleading but allowed the published price to be lower and persuaded good buy. Shame. However, the staff and rooms were nice. I’d just like my stays to exceed expectations rather than just meet them.

It took several phone calls just to get someone to answer the phone. The person at check in was very friendly to the person before me and gave them all of the information but I got a "hello"

I don’t think this property was worth the amount we paid. At best, $175 a night. Not much around the property . I booked it since it said it was 5 minutes from the harbor but no matter what time we went it was well over 5 minutes. I would not return to this hotel for the price .

Convenient for Logan airport

One big disappointment was the difficulty getting in touch with the desk to arrange a shuttle pickup from the airport. Nobody replied to emails sent days in advance and nobody answered the phone. Reception was apologetic when informed upon my arrival...but I had to pay for an Uber. Overall tired rooms but comfortable and clean. The breakfast was good.

Was comfortable enough for a quick overnight, but the bathroom was not at all clean. I skipped a shower because there was pubic hair all over the tub and visible dirt. However, Sheila at the restaurant was the most wonderful and pleasant waitress we’ve had in a very long time.

The service was fantastic. The beds were so comfortable. Wish the pool was heated. It was extremely cold. But i would stay there again. The restaurant was amazing also.

My friends and I (3 of us total) had an unplanned overnight stay in Boston due to a missed flight, and this hotel was an absolute lifesaver! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The location was incredibly convenient, especially with the readily available airport shuttle service, which made our unexpected transit so much smoother. Our room was excellent – very comfortable and impeccably clean, which is exactly what you need after a long day of travel. What really stood out, however, was the wonderful staff. Every interaction was pleasant and helpful, making a potentially stressful situation much more bearable. We only stayed for one night, but it was a truly positive experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable and welcoming stay in Boston!
