Housekeeping did not come on day 2, and the room phone did not work. So at 10 pm I had to go downstairs to request towels, to and water I was told they would deliver and pick up the used items. So I went to the bar to give them time for that. It never happened, ultimately I made 4 separate requests before I received towels and water. Still needed tp. Breakfast was delivered in a bag and coat $43 for 2 egg omelet, toast and bacon. That was it!! No salt. No pepper. Not hot, not yasty, not worth the cost!!! Otherwise, great location!

Booked the hotel for a weekend away and going to Fenway. 15 minutes walk to Fenway. Plenty of restaurants in the area. The staff is super polite and friendly. The room was clean!

The stay was great, staff was really friendly however check in is at 4. We arrived at 4:15 and were told the room wasn’t ready and they couldn’t tell us when it would be. We went to the bar for a glass of wine, each glass was $25. Kind of crazy.

Everything was great here. We attended a concert at Fenway and the walk there was short, safe and convenient. The hotel staff were very friendly and made checking in easy. The valet guys were great too! The room was beautiful and CLEAN and the waterfront/city view was gorgeous. I will definitely be booking here from now on when visiting Boston!

Location was great but found a bobby-pin in the bed and trail mix on the floor. Cleaning staff wanted to come in and clean between 9-10am when we were not ready to be out of the room. As a result, the room was never cleaned. Nothing was complimentary ie wifi, breakfast
