The telephones weren't working, the curtains couldn't open, some outlets weren't working. I spoke with the concierge and thankfully they very nicely made sure everything was fixed by the time we finished breakfast. Beware of the breakfast vouchers. They cannot be used towards room service (despite what I was told at check-in) but they do offer a great restaurant style sit down breakfast.

Great Location

The hotel was a bit pricey but the location was fantastic. It's walking distance from all the major sights including the Long Harbor, Paul Revere's North Church, his home, statue, Faneuil and Quincy Market, downtown, including the Old State House, the famous cemeteries, Beacon hill including "Cheers."

Nice small overpriced room

Pros: The room was very small but comfortable. Very hospitable lounge staff
Boston is a great place to visit but stay in Cambridge or other outlining area and take the Metro to and from. It is not difficult . Boston hotels are extremely overpriced. Double what they should be.

Would never stay here again

I took my son here and the hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. The problem was with our room. The space of the room was perfect, however it was filthy. The shower had tiles which is not normal for hotels and it had mold in the grout! Not a little, but a lot. The toiletries were used and we just checked in. There was hair on the back of the bathroom door that stayed there for our entire stay. The room had sharp broken, edges on the bathroom cabinet. It just looked like cheap repairs done in the room. The lamps were dusty and broken. I'm furious I spent 628 on a room for two nights and then pay 102 for valet parking. We walked everywhere but still got charged just for parking. It has the Hilton name and that's it. Will never ever stay here again!
