My company recommended this hotel, being that they always have their business meetings onsite. I came and was unfortunately disappointed. Checking in, we realized that the shower was filled with hair and the floors were unsanitary. We called down to the front desk and they stated that the problem would be taken care of that same day. No one ended coming up to clean, so we had to take Lysol wipes and wipe everything down ourselves. The next day, we were told that housekeeping would clean everything while we were gone for the day. We came back later that night to dirty, reused sheets and an unclean bathroom. The staff was kind enough to offer us a $40 credit for their restaurants, but the food we received was below par. I wish I could say our visit was pleasant but it was far from that. Disappointed in the empty promises and uncomfortable stay. Would not recommend.

Elegant upscale property with quiet and clean rooms. Beds are like sleeping on a cloud with extreme comfort. Close to the airport and downtown. Highly recommend. The staff are exceptional hospitality skills
