We paid for early check in. Got our room and a few hours later the entire hotel lost power. They didn't have a backup generator. Hours passed and finally they told us we had to evacuate the building. We were on the 11th floor and used the stairs to exit to the lobby. The emergency exist was not clear ended up in a cafe. They wouldn't offer any refund. We had to find another hotel during rush hour in Boston. Also, couldn't get help from Expedia either.

Very welcoming front desk staff, easy check in and out, great communication, and a spacious, clean room. This hotel is very close to the hospital where my specialist is located so I visit frequently. It is safe, convenient and affordable.

This is an old Wyndham. Needs a lot of updating like microwave and redo the bathrooms and new mattresses. Very convenient location for Mass General Hospital appointments about a 5 minute walk and parking on site at hotel as well as restaurant. Staff very pleasant and helpful.
