This is a beautifully updated hotel. The room was spotless. But what stood out to me was the staff. We were treated like royalty during our stay. It is in a great location if you like shopping-steps from Newbury St. I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

The suite was lovely. Staff were all very friendly and most accommodating. The hotel is ideally located and convenient for walking to many places of interest. It was heart warming to see the Canadian flag flying side by side with the Ameerican flag. It was a most enjoyable stay at the lovely Eliot Boston Hotel.

Great location! We loved walking to Boston Commons each day and being close to fun locations, restaurants and bakeries. The room was okay. As a family of four not having counter space in the bathroom was hard. The room could use a deep clean.

The hotel and service was great. The location is also good for getting to the back bay shops and restaraunts. The continental breakfast could have been better presented and prepared.
