The staff were extremely friendly, you can get a good breakfast to set you up for your day, rooms are great, as a solo traveller it was brilliant, one room key stopped working, but that didn’t change what a nice stay it was.

Terrible, filthy room and actually the entire hotel was filthy. Really sketchy area. We were supposed to stay two nights but hotel was soooo awful we packed up early after one night and got a room at the Liberty Hotel. I have pictures of the room is you are interested. Even the wall paper was coming off walls. The staff looks sloppy. We paid for two nights but reluctantly stayed one night. Also had a terrible problem with the reservation. The entire experience was a mess!!!! Never again Expedia. I suggest you take this mess of a property off your listing.

Decent spot. Not sure why there are bad reviews. Staff is good. Rooms are clean. Bathroom is decent. Pool is available. There's a shuttle that takes you to the train station to get into the city. Would recommend this location to visit Boston

Breakfast was good. The pictures of the property look different than the reality, the building needs some improvement/renovations. I requested a non smoking room but the room smelled like if someone just smoked in it. The property has a motel feeling more than a hotel. The shuttle from the airport took 45 minutes to get there. The publicity says that it is near Fenway Park but it isn’t, it is a 25 minutes drive or 1 hour by public transit.

Staff was really nice! The hotel is clean and well kept. Hotel breakfast was not bad either. My two main gripes are the bad sound proofing and the curtains. The area surrounding the hotel is quite noisy but also the walls themselves are pretty thin. Could hear people talking in the hallway and outside. I did not like that the curtains couldn’t be closed. I like to sleep in a dark room so this made it hard for me to sleep. The beds themselves were okay, a little firm but I did like the pillows, they were comfy.

the other reviews worried me, but it was an enjoyable stay! it was in a good area with an arcade/bowling alley near by. It was clean, quiet, and had everything we needed for our stay in boston. by no means was it the fanciest hotel around, but for what we paid it was perfect and certainly not as bad as some of these reviews say. I would absolutely consider staying again if i’m ever back in boston!

Staff unhelpful. Should probaly remove the airport shuttle bad times and limited space couldnt even use it. Fire alarm went off at night and I had to go tell the front desk after waiting for 10 mintues. They just removed the fire alarm. It was not replaced during our stay.

We had ants and flying bugs in the bathroom. When the toilet was flushed a gush of water came out the back of the toilet. Wallpaper was peeling off the wall. Furniture is old and scratched. Breakfast had a good variety.

Property was convenient to where I needed to go. Pricing was reasonable. My room had unfinished sheet rock on the ceiling and was not the cleanest. The shower handle was almost off and did not work well. It was very noisy at night people holloing. Property need some tlc maintenance but has tremendous potential.
