They had a system disruption at check-in, they could not create the door keys so someone had to manually walk us to our room each time. Minor inconvenience, but I tell you they executed it with grace and friendliness, and I was very surprised at how smooth it went for us. If you didn’t know it, you’d think that’s how they had to do things every day! And to compensate for the inconvenience, they did not take the incidental charge or charge us for parking.

Very friendly staff. The room was clean but it’s clearly an old hotel that has not been well maintained. A lot of noise could be heard from people walking through the halls. There was also only one elevator for the entire hotel and our room was at the opposite end of the elevator with a lot of corridors to walk through and doors to open which was not ideal as we had a lot of luggage.

This Ramada is an okay hotel to stay at.

Daily room service and free buffet breakfast were the highlight of this hotel! Low water pressure in the showers was the low point. Also, the front desk clerk gave another customer the key to our room which we had to rectify immediately.
