The room was very cold. The AC was set at 68 F. The cost was low for Boston area, and the place was good for the price. Just be aware that it’s adequate, not excellent. Good value consistent with the price.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and adequate. It was a very quiet location. The breakfast had a variety of items and the staff was visible and helpful. We appreciated the shuttle to and from the airport and the Free shuttle to and from the train station each day so we could explore Boston. The pool was closed for the season but looked like a nice spot to relax in the summer months

Staff was very nice and helpful. The only things I found inconvenient was no towel holder or rack in the shower area. No place to keep your towel, clothes etc. Also no garbage can in the bathroom.

Definitely be aware that the hotel is NOT as it shows in pictures. Area is not bad, lobby was nice. Breakfast area not bad, limited food. Room was beyond bad. Chipped paint, dirty floors in the closet area. Rug felt a little on the sticky side. Shower was almost impossible to get the water on. Bathroom door did not latch when closed, hence no lock. Doors on dresser didn’t close. One bed was literally butted up against the air conditioner. This is a renovated motel that had a hallway closing in the old outdoor doors from the parking lot. No outside window - just a window to the hallway that will let the outside light in, very awkward. Pictures of the place have to be the ONLY room in the motel that is nice or a very good photoshop job. Convenient enough location, however the drive to Fenway says 6 minutes, it’s actually 20 if there is no traffic, more like 35-40 with traffic.

The air-conditioning was very effective. The pool was covered. We did not use it. The staff were all very friendly. The room seemed clean. The shower, it took a considerable amount of time to wait for the hot water. The shower was the worse part. It flowed like it was being suppressed. We had to stay longer in the shower to wash the foam of our entire body.
