I have waited to write this review hoping the hotel would address my issues but they did not. This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Upon arrival, the GM spoke on the phone for 20 minutes while we stood there waiting to be checked in. So much so that the hostess for the restaurant spoke to him twice for us before we were checked in. When we checked in, we were checked into the wrong room. We told him about this and he said “well you can’t book that room through Travelocity” ... even though we did. He said he would adjust our fee $10 which did not cover the amount difference at all. After stating that was unacceptable he said to come back in the morning. So we did, he offered one night free to stay in the room we were placed in and we agreed. Upon check out, I noticed I was charged an ADDITIONAL $114 instead of a refund. The woman refused to call the GM we spoke to. Said there was no reason for there to be the fee and if I have an issue they’ll call me later once she talked to the GM. Very frustrated, I left. We never received a call. I called back the following day and got a refund for the $114 charge however never got the night free and paid for a room we never got. This hotel staff was EXTREMELY difficult to deal with. I’ve never had an experience like this and will not be returning. If you want to avoid a headache.. don’t book here. Especially through Travelocity because apparently you’re not supposed to be able to?

Our apologies for the misunderstanding with the room type. Unfortunately our double beds were sold out for which you were compensated with one free night.

Bed was comfortable Other than that don’t stay here! Staff was clueless, told us nothing and because of that we were late to our daughter’s volleyball game. And blamed it on us. (We should have asked how long it should take to get our car in am...NO, staff should have told us it would take 20 mins) Not worth the stay!
