Nick and Jeff were so accommodating when we arrived. They were gracious enough to accommodate a request we made regarding our room. Valet was prompt bringing items to our room. The bed was too firm in my opinion, but that’s such a personal preference that I can’t reasonably allow it to impact my review. Water pressure in the shower? Phenomenal. The toilet was separate from the shower area which was helpful while sharing the space. Everything was clean and quiet. It was a wonderful stay and we look forward to returning!

One of the best stays I had in Boston with my family, and we have been there often. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, but best of all, the staff was amazing. Everyone we encountered was extremely personable and friendly. Amazing hotel!!!
