Everything was clean and team were extremely welcoming. Great places nearby too. Only negative was the size and inconvenience of the rooms. To get to mine I had to go upstairs with my suitcase and the room was super tiny with a window facing a brick wall. It’s a very historic hotel so I guess that could’ve been expected.

This is no longer the grand old hotel and is just an old place. When I arrived, they told me they were downgrading my room. I have been traveling for 50 years and have sometimes been upgraded, I didn't know downgrading was an actual thing. It went worse from there. Also, for a famous and large hotel it is shocking that there was no restaurant/bar open before 5pm. At lunch time we had to leave to go elsewhere, terrible operation.

Omg this place is amazing from the second we pulled up to the second the vallet handed us the keys to our car with our luggage already packed up and ready for out 2hr drive home. We got there Friday the 31st Halloween, we were celebrating our 16th wedding anniversary as we got married October 3oth this year we decided to try Boston for Halloween, last year we did New Orleans another amazing trip I might add lol. OK back to this trip, so as soon as we pulled up the the Omni Parker House the building itself just exudes excellence

The room was super small...the bathroom was even smaller. When i booked it had said breakfast included but breakfast was infact not included. Ive been using expedia for a while and the last few years of using it hasnt been great- pictures are not what they are or info is mis-led or not included. Not that great of a stay for almost a 600.00 room for one night.

Booked 2 rooms same standard Went to first room I think as not very well otherwise I would have refused my nephew & wife’s room then taken to mine which was much better. The next day I asked if my nephew could be moved they told us to come back later. My room was adequate. The man checking us in was not at all helpful from uk with a lot of luggage I know the rooms are small but my nephews was awful. When I complained the said my room and their room was the same size. I am not an idiot also the wardrobe in his room is as so tiny. I could stand a case in mine his no way impossible. Hotel historic and quaint but it’s a quick one night stay place. We saw the one night reservations. Hotel well positioned but will never stay here again.
