Nice but huge error made in hotels part.

The room they gave me was not the room I paid for. I paid for a queen was given a tiny room with a full bed. Checked in late from a delayed flight so went to bed and didn’t say anything til after but over all hotel is nice and clean. Quiet and comfortable. Wish I had gotten the room I paid for.

The staff are very friendly and helpful, and the hotel's historical flair is charming. The T is readily accessible from the hotel's position in Downtown. And it was nice to be so close to Boston Common. Omni Parker was the perfect place to stay for a week in Boston.

This hotel is conveniently located so walking to landmarks and historic places is easy. The check in process is fast and the staff is friendly. It has two convenient restaurants that serve nice drinks and good food. The room: our room was small compared to the average room. However the bed was super comfortable but the bathroom is super small the toilet is located in a small corner in which a big or tall person won’t fit. That is horrible I’m 6”0 and barely fit. The good is that the bathroom was cleaned and organized. One thing I didn’t like is that at 3:30 pm next day my room wasn’t cleaned so had to ask for fresh towels and leave the room as it was because we needed to rest. BTW the air conditioning is super quiet so it won’t bother your at night. In short Great location Super friendly staff Clean room Room kinda small Super small bathroom (toilet area) :( Parking is expensive. More than the average price.

Nice hotel!

Overall the stay wasn’t too bad. I had issues with the door to my room not closing all the way and my key cards not working but the staff was very attentive and helpful and fixed it right away. We had an issue with our outlet in the bathroom where it would blow a fuse and our bathroom lights went out anytime we plugged something in and turned it on. Staff did fix it for us every time it happened but told us the only way to stop that was to unplug the fridge because they were doing work? So that was annoying. The shower is level with the floor meaning there’s no lip so each time I took a shower, water got all over the bathroom floor no matter how careful I tried to be. The staff was excellent though and I was very happy with their customer service.
