We chose this hotel based on having a pool & hot tub, but we didn’t get a chance to use them. No matter…it was in walking distance to places we wanted to go in Cambridge, and our suite was clean and comfortable.

The reception staff & supervisors were quite rude & unfriendly with not just me but with several other guests that I observed every day that we were there. The AC didn’t work right, exhaust was noisy & always on-couldn’t be shutoff. We notified them multiple times but was never fixed. As a result we didnt sleep well.
