Everything was perfect from the beginning to the end. The valet was friendly and efficient. Front desk was perfect. Room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. All 3 restaurants were 10/10. Willlow and Ivy food was to die for. Still dreaming about the beef carpaccio and branzino. Sweeney’s is a great little Irish pub. Nicely poured Guinness. Great pub food. The Irving is a perfect place for a late night cocktail. Room service at all hours. Stayed a few times and can’t wait to go back! The new(ish) restaurants are an awesome upgrade to an already great hotel.

The location is amazing - right off Newbury Street. Our room was in the back so it was quiet from street noise but dark- no sunlight. Immaculately clean, friendly employees, super comfy bed. Loved getting free bottled waters, fitness room was small but clean and had what it needed. It is dated but that is part of the charm and it was so clean felt ok. My only gripe was that the heating system was very noisy and we could hear neighbors water turning on and off throughout the evening so I had a tough time falling asleep. Room service was excellent.
