Luxury hotel feel from the moment you walk into the lobby. Absolute great location for experiencing Boston. Within walking distance to great restaurants and seaport. We had a marvelous maid who always had everything ready for us everyday . She always had a smile and greeted us. We were able too get an early check in when we arrived which was fantastic.

Everything was great, except the pool which was out of commission and nobody told us which was a shame as I had specifically chosen the hotel because we could swim. Also we went to use the sauna and locker room around 6pm one evening and there were no lights on and we couldn't find a way to illuminate the space - it was all rather spooky - not what we expected at all. But the room was great and the staff excellent.
