Hotel was clean and in a central location. Room was so small but ok for 1 person for the price.Had to iron a dress and the cord to the iron wasn’t long enough for any plug. No closets or dressers to place your clothes so had to keep them in the suitcase.

The trip was a birthday trip for my sister, and we wanted to try a new hotel for this visit. Unfortunately, it was a bad idea, and we will never again choose to stay at this hotel. The prices are comparable to other hotels in the Back Bay area, but the quality of this hotel is unacceptable. In the first room, she could not get the tv nor the internet to work, both amenities that the hotel lists on the website. She tried to use the phone to call the front desk to get help, but instead found that the phone in the room also didn’t work. The air conditioner in the room rattled nonstop, and the room reeked of mildew and mold. So, she used her cell phone to call the front desk, but the desk assistant hung up on her before she could fully state the issues with the room. She had to go in person to get help with the tv and internet problems. She spoke with Claudia, the desk manager, who was unfriendly and abrasive, to advocate for a new room. This second room had a working tv and hotel phone but the internet worked intermittently. Additionally, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and urine. After this new room was not much better than the previous one, we decided an early checkout would be the best option. There was no apology for the issues that my sister faced in the short time that she stayed at this hotel. Although the stay was scheduled for four nights, we instead decided to move to another hotel in the area for the remainder of her stay. We did not regret that decision.

Copley Sq Hotel

Overall great but I wouldn’t be able to do more than a night based on my experience. The biggest issues were: • no outlets in the bathroom • very poor water pressure and no actual shower head - just tub fill and a handheld option that’s bolstered lower on the wall • mattress ok not the most comfortable but not the worst

Unfortunately this hotel wasn't great. Check-in was fine but our room smelled musty. After returning from a night in the city we got back and the elevator was broken, had to be taken up to our floor in the freight elevator. Our tv didn't work and the shower wouldn't turn on. For $300 a night, I expected better.

Hotel was clean and nicely decorated. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Great location. Room was small but comfortable. Bathroom was small - not much space for personal items, no real counter space. Overall nice hotel and would stay here again for a short visit.

The hotel was in a great location. All of the attractions were walkable and beautiful restaurants and shopping were close by. The room was very dated. There were stains on the carpet. The bathroom was extremely small. The toilet was running very loud for the duration of the stay. After telling the front desk staff about a problem and the noise a few times, nothing was done. They told me that there were no other available rooms. Listening to the loud noise for five nights was very problematic for sleeping. The response was disappointing considering the bathroom and bed were right beside each other. The hotel room was extremely small and only big enough for one person.
