We were told coffee would be available in the lobby at 7am. Never ready at 7. First day had to find housekeeper to start. Other days they were just starting the brew at 7- ish. The description of property said managers reception but no mention of it at hotel and employee looking at us like we had 2 heads. Ok for price but probably never go back

Newness of establishment was a plus, it felt not worn out. Staff seemed genuinely friendly and attentive, especially the gentleman on desk duty around 5am. Details that added up to discomfort: Mechanism to raise/lower bed curtain was noisy; logistics to reach the locker below bed were difficult and dark; toilet paper in bathroom was empty. However, bed as super comfortable. Thank you.

No food in rooms. Uncomfortable. Hskp at10pm

Ok first of all we had a private room or pod. With our own bathroom. Which i am super glad. When we arrived thought it was weird we not only had to present all IDS for each guest that they took a photo of we also had to take individual phones of each person. When we came back from the bruins game go off the elevator at 955PM and our door was wide open!!! Said hello and housekeeping came out. What the heck we had just checked in 4 hours ago and room was clean. They finished cleaning. The temp in our room was set to 74 and had to ask front desk to turn it down. They had to come up with a remote to do so. Also there is absolutely no food or drinks allowed upstairs in room. They have a little area at front desk to be able to eat your food.... crazy! The beds were very uncomfortable. Wont stay here again.

I really like how the place was designed. I had a curtain around my bed which made me feel I could stay up later without bothering anyone and there were bathrooms outside that I could use instead of the bathroom inside the room if it was too late

Fantastic as well as the owner of the hotel

Me and my Family of 6 with 4 kids has no booked or anything we just arrived from our trip from NY out of desperation we ask the guy in the front desk to give us any rooms for my family surprisingly he was the owner of the hotel with only cash in my hands he make sure give us two rooms for my Family without hesitations . We are very happy in our stay my kids told that Meco hotel was their favourite because they have their own bed😄 hotel staff was very helpful and friendly of course the owner was amazing I owed him a lot for doing us a really huge favor! We will be back for sure and recommend this hotel for my friends!

Great little hotel with the perfect location and s

The hotel location was very convenient, few minutes walk from the TD garden and subway/traij station. We took a 4 bunk beds room with a private bathroom and while pretty small, it was as advertised. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean. The staff was very kind and helpful and for the price, we believe it's worth staying in the hotel. Parking is a challenge as it's very pricey but the staff recommended using a website spothero.com which allowed us to find a spot for the few days we were there.

NEVER EVER again.

NOT secure, even a little bit. Nobody at desk most of the time, they question nobody getting in elevators. Bathroom was not clean, showers had crud in the grout. I came in during the day, maids were cleaning and had placed dirty soiled linens from bed she was making on my bed, which i found cringe. Pillows were flat like crosswalk paint, 10$ charge to rent another pillow.

Absolutely terrific

Solo female traveler for the first time and it was absolutely amazing. The staff was adorable and very helpful. I was cold on the first night they added an extra blanket the next day and adjusted the room temperature. The bathrooms are shared. I was absolutely horrified I had to share them with everyone but they were spotless every day. The hotel is a few minutes away from downtown. I will come back once I'm in Boston again :-)

I feel getting sleep is a big factor. It did not happen as there was a gentlemen that could not stop talking besides my bed most of the night. A lot of men just left the bedroom door open at nite. This is hardly secure.(Why not instal an alarm on the door so they will be sure to shut it) I also felt the two pastries were pretty basic and coffee only no hot chocolate.
