What a beautiful hotel! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The restaurant was very nice and the Lobby area had plenty of seating for groups to gather and socialize. Walking distance to all the attractions.

It was a nice room, with a pretty cool view. I think I just had snow fatigue at that point lol. But the staff was very helpful, there were plenty of amenities that were useful, and it made a good Valentine’s Day location to fall back on. So we appreciated the stay.

The room was clean, staff were courteous and helpful. The parking rate was a bit high at $56 a day but we found a less expensive alternative nearby. Some of the valet vendor's staff weren't very welcoming/proactive/helpful.
