Pros: The staff was professional, very friendly and helpful - A HUGE Kudos shout out to Kai at the Front Desk and to Qoan in Housekeeping - Thank You !!!
Cons: No improvement needed.
Location: The hotel is connected to Copley Center Mall and the Prudential Center malls. Plenty of restaurants and cafes that are walking distance.
My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff, the room and the location were just wonderful!! Check-in was a breeze, our room was very clean, beds were comfortable and the view we had was impeccable. The hotel is close to transportation hubs, shopping and restaurants. Walking distance to be exact. If I, my family or any of my friends are going to be in Boston - this is the hotel that will get our business. For families, the pool and spa are great. If you like to work out, the gym has an awesome view of Back Bay.

Everything was good until Saturday Night

Pros: Our bed!
Cons: Staff Champions for weekend guests. The more people that stay at the hotel, the more staff you need to assist them.
Location: It was a really nice neighborhood. Of course the mall was great and so was Max Brenner's. All within walking distance.
Our stay was great until we came back from a concert Saturday night. There must have people quite a few concerts in Boston that night too. We got to our room and wanted to order room services around 11pm. Of course, no one answered the phone. So I walked downstairs and asked the hostess if I could order food to go and she told me no. They obviously were not staffed to have a busy Saturday night. Needless to say, we went to bed hungry. I was pretty upset with their inability to serve their guests. They did not even offer to give me names of places that deliver to the hotel at that time of the night. Besides one bad night, we really enjoyed our room. The bed was amazingly comfortable and our room was always clean.

Back Pay Boston

I thought Marriott was a major rip off. Very expensive for the product delivered. $12.99 a day for Wifi? Seriously? Extra k-cups for Keurig$1.00. What a joke. We had to pay $58!a day for parking. They don't tell you that. It was a joke. Much nicer hotels for more and less money.

Perfect location for everything Boston

Pros: Loved the bed!! Mattress was firm but not hard, the duvet was light and toasty. And we were on the 23rd floor so the view was spectacular.
Cons: I actually thought the TV was too big; it was at least 50 inches and the room didn't allow me to get far enough away from it.
Location: Copley Place - upscale shopping on site; Northeastern University, Symphony Hall and Museum of Fine Arts a short walk.
The staff was accommodating, the room was not huge but was spotless. Best hotel bed I've ever slept in. And we were able to get to our show and museums on foot which was awesome (though chilly). Loved that we could use the retail space and walkways over several busy roadways to travel toward our destination before we even had to step outside.

The Marriott during PAX East Event

Pros: Amazing location.
Cons: A more private cocktail lounge, one with fresh food. Clean bar-ware in room. More secluded from mall.
Location: Attached to Prudential Center. Lots of shopping, I mean tons. Plenty of sights nearby. Many good places to eat within walking distance, even in cold.
Stayed for one night during a convention off-site. Used parking garage which was frustrating to navigate. After I found a parking spot I used an elevator to access the hotel. It dropped us off in a mall with no clear directions to hotel lobby. Eventually found it. If you go, exit the parking garage to the street then walk to the left. Much faster. Hotel room had some dirty glassware. Aside from this the room seemed very clean and had a very nice HDTV with connection to the internet. Hotel lounge was open 24/7 and very busy. Food was average at best. Drinks we very good however.

Makes all of Boston easily accessible

Pros: Primarily its location, including its proximity to Logan airport.
Cons: Additional signs for hotel registration in other parts of Copley Place.
Location: See above. The location for doing just about anything in the Boston area is near ideal.
The Boston Marriott Copley Place was my last stay before hoping a flight from Logan back to China. I was a bit baffled when I first arrived, as I came by foot from the Copley Square T stop. While finding the hotel was not easy, I soon discovered that if you don't use the actual hotel entrance, but rather enter by, let's say, a Copley Place entrance, you can get confused by a Hogwartsian assortment of escalators going in various directions, with no signs for registration. I asked at one of the second-floor restaurants, and a person there put me on the straight and narrow -- back downstairs. This aside, I can easily see why this hotel is an excellent destination for business as well as holiday travelers. From its front door it is easy to get to most any place in Boston or the outlying areas; the Back Bay Commuter Rail station on the South Station lines is about a block away, as are various T stops. Of course, the Copley Square area offers its own collection of things to see, places to go and various eateries. And, when I left, an Uber ride to Logan airport cost me $17.00. I had a room facing west on the 18th floor. It was very quiet and comfortable. Compared to the granite mattresses found in China, the forgiving mattresses found in most U.S. inns are ever so welcome. I had some trouble with the room safe, but hotel security took care of that in no time. The hotel staff is excellent. For anyone traveling to Boston, I enthusiastically recommend this establishment.

GR8 Staff

Pros: Location, staff, price, room quality.
Cons: NA
Location: At the center of the Back Bay experience. Does not get better, period.
The hotel and location are a great match in the Back Bat. The staff is what makes this ax cxcellent buy. 5 star service at a 4 star price. The Concierge is as personable and knowledgeable as my usual one AR the Taj. The desk was fast efficient and had a warm personal welcome that felt sincere not a required set of approved welcoms!

Downtown Business hotel

Located within walking distance of the Freedom Trail, North End and most Boston tourist sites. The lack of parking and high price to pay for same adds $50 per night to any "bargain" rate. The hotel is large and impersonal compared to other Marriott properties in Boston. Boston is simply a terrible town for daytime parking in any of the tourist areas. A town with many great assets otherwise.

Good central location

Pros: The staff, cleanliness, safe feeling.
Cons: Feel Wi-Fi for all of their customers in this day and age would be a great improvement! Complimentary water bottles would be nice.. not charging $4
Location: Copley and Prudential Shopping. Cheesecake Factory close by. Newbury Street area is close. The Old Time Trolley has a stop right out in front...
We had a great time! Felt very safe, staff very helpful and friendly! Concierge very helpful in planning and putting together our attractions we wanted to see. It is located within walking of the Prudential Shopping, Copley shopping and even to Newbury Street. The Old Time Trolley stops at this Marriott also! We were pretty tired at the end of the day... and it was good to have the comfortable beds and pillows!!
