When I selected this hotel was for its free shuttle service to and from the airport. It did not state after the free shuttle about it only happens on a limited basis until you book and you have to contact the hotel for more information. I will not stay at this hotel again because misleading statement.

The website is inaccurate. It states there is an airport shuttle which is why we chose this property. There is nothing about the shuttle being done at 8pm. We had to pay $20 for an Uber. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known that. Also, the hotel is right next door to a hospital and the sirens were heard all night.

They did not indicate that the free shuttle only operated on a limited basis. I would had stayed at this hotel for this reason because in the end it will cost me $100 more than one more day of car rental and stay at a cheaper hotel.

I like Hampton inns, they are consistently clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. Only downside was the fire alarm going off and having to walk down 5 flights of stairs. It was a false alarm apparently. Love the coffee bar and cookies. Also a bathroom in the lobby. And free breakfast!

We arrived for check in and out reservations were not there on the hotels end. Desk clerk was very rude and wouldn’t accommodate my reservation. We were put into a room with one bed and a pull out couch; with three adults and one child. Found out next day there was rooms available the same as I had reservations for by different desk clerk.
