I was disappointed with AKA, given the price. The windows were filthy, and that was the first impression of the room. The toilet had the loudest flush ever, like a plan flush, which is tough if you are sharing a room. Also no shower cap etc. The phone in the room didn’t work and there was no room service after 10pm! On a Friday! I expect more from a hotel of this price, with a kitchen.

The staff was so friendly! Might be the friendliest staff I’ve ever dealt with. They provide free water at the front desk. We had breakfast at the restaurant downstairs and it was delicious. My daughter wanted to eat there every morning; she said the pancakes were the best she’s ever eaten. Our room was very nice and we really appreciated the black out curtains and the mini fridge.
