Normally I love this hotel so I hate to give a bad review however I believe it is important to give truthful feedback. First, I had a room reserved for 2 queen beds. Got into our room to find a king bed. No big deal, was just me and my daughter. Then while we were getting dressed to go out, strangers opened our door. They apologized and left. Front desk called me to confirm my reservation….again. When we returned to the room for the evening, our key did not work so I had to get that fixed. Then when I got my receipt for the room charges, I was charged 2x! Everyone was apologetic and fixed the issues but this was one issue after the other. I hope the hotel uses this feedback to be sure to get things right the first time.
