Normally I love this hotel so I hate to give a bad review however I believe it is important to give truthful feedback. First, I had a room reserved for 2 queen beds. Got into our room to find a king bed. No big deal, was just me and my daughter. Then while we were getting dressed to go out, strangers opened our door. They apologized and left. Front desk called me to confirm my reservation….again. When we returned to the room for the evening, our key did not work so I had to get that fixed. Then when I got my receipt for the room charges, I was charged 2x! Everyone was apologetic and fixed the issues but this was one issue after the other. I hope the hotel uses this feedback to be sure to get things right the first time.

We loved our stay; and would definitely stay there again. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was immaculate, the bed very comfortable, the mini fridge a plus, and having Blake’s Kitchen & Bar on site was also an added plus for us for dinner and breakfast!! In addition, because we were attending a concert at TD Garden, the location was wonderful!!! We highly recommend Hotel Indigo Boston Garden!!!

When we arrived, we were greeted by the Bell Hop Edison and the parking valet and ready to help!!! The car was tagged and taken and Edison helped us into the hotel lobby. He was great. Checking was easy and we went off to find a very clean and appointed room. The stay was very good, and checkout was just as good. Great experience!!!
