Hotel staff was AMAZING. We got stuck in Boston due to a blizzard and had to extend our stay. Every single staff member we interacted with was beyond friendly and extremely helpful. Having snacks and drinks available in the lobby as well as the bar with bar food was so convenient while snowed in since food delivery wasn’t happening. The lobby was spacious and nice. I don’t have a single negative thing to say.

The hotel location is great. Quieter area and easy to get to. The room overall was ok. Some peeling on the ceiling and slight wet smell. The knob came off when I was using the sink and the lights were fussy, not always turning on immediately when you hit the switch. We were in Boston for a very short time and didn’t ask for a new room but I do think we would have gotten one. The late checkout is very convenient and I would return.

Hotel staff was Fantastic. Hotel itself is clean and modern. Parking? Last night was brutal and it’s not on the valets. They did the best they could but clearly the hotel either oversold parking available or not enough to begin with. Tip; there is a parking garage 15 minute walk that is not expensive.
