Clean, comfortable rooms. Quiet area by the seaport and close to South Boston restaurants. Parking is valet and $54, extreme even by Boston standards. Front desk staff can barely make eye contact let alone communicate verbally.

Very clean room, stunning view of the city from a corner room. The staff was exceptional from front desk and bar and cleaning staff. The bar area was both convenient and lively and welcomed children. The kids enjoyed the pool. For a city place, it’s a few blocks off the main drag so street parking is plentiful and there are municipal lots near it. We were there for NYE and it was hopping. It’s not a particularly quiet or refined hotel, if that’s your style. We enjoyed it for the younger vibes and were happy kids were treated enthusiastically by guests and staff.

The ceiling wasn't finished, just drywall screwed up there. The windows dripped condensation all over our things that were on the tables. Everything was soaked. The heat blew cold air the whole time. Bed kept sliding off the frame if just sat on.
