This was our 1st encounter with being able to select your floor outside of the elevator before getting on it. What a difference that really makes. No unnecessary stops at every floor up nor down. Front desk services, the men were less friendlier and most unlikely to help you. Apologies for grouping in such a way but that was our experience. Management should order more magnetic tiles for the board in the lobby and redecorate the hotel's indoor light up picture spot. Those poor flowers have seen better days. That spot is wonderful, don't take it down, just give it an updated look. Please set up the coffee station earlier by an hour. Guest caffeine zombies whom must depart for the airport before dawn, would greatly appreciate it. The fruit water provided the rest of the day is wonderful, including a smaller version of the coffee table all day/night would be greatly appreciated. The Hampton Inn properties can do it, trust me, The Aloft by Marriott can too. Potential guest please be careful ordering items such as drinks to be delivered to the hotel before your arrival. They will not be placed in your room. Instead they will be left on the coffee/water table behind the desk without a note attached and no one will watch them. My group of 4 needed these items to assist with taking medications. We were NOT HAPPY to discover that they had been pillaged by other guests. They were delivered 30 minutes before our arrival. Certain items couldn't be replaced by the hotel's mini store.

We stayed at the property - 4 room to attend a graduation at the Convention Center. Great location for access to that area however, location is not in the central hub of Boston. No worries though because it's easy to get around via Uber or Lyft. The best reason to stay here is the staff - every team member is so friendly and accommodating! Nice little bar on property and decent breakfast options available. Would recommend if you are looking in the Seaport area.

Bad experience

Called to report late arrival and was told that was fine. Arrived and were told they overbooked. It was very late the front desk did not give directions or assistance just a piece of paper saying they would cover our stay for 1 night at an other location. Front desk told us the morning shift does better with dealing with this. Didn’t give us information on whither we could be there the rest of their stay. When refund would be available etc. it was a night mare. The hotel their forwarded us to also charged us for the night. I am out $400 waiting for refunds all funds tied up and communication has been terrible. waiting for hotels.com to answer too
