The hotel heater and lights had exposed wires coming out of the walls and sockets. unsafe for any child. stains on the walls, and the carpets where all sticky to the point of needing to buy slippers to walk around the room without ending up in bed with it on your feet felt like the floors hadn’t seen a good deep clean vacuum in years. Disgusting!!! Utterly disgusting. No water pressure in the showers and toilet felt like it would fall through the floor. The door to the room looked as tho I had been warped by water damage and did not have a seal around the edges.

Right when we were walking in it smelled so bad then we get up the elevator and there’s a screaming crying baby in the lounge area right near the room. We went inside the ac didn’t work, it stunk so bad and I looked around and found 2 bugs against the wall dead but not cleaned. We walked in witnessed this then walked right out. There was no way I would feel clean or comfortable there.

Pros: Staff was nice, room was clean, we had free parking and large satellite tv. Comfortable mattress and Most importantly NO BED BUGS! Cons: walls are thin, you can hear the shower, toilets and tv from room next door, bathroom faucet was loose and wably,doors and walls are partially fixed. Also we did not have hot water on the first day during peek hours. Still good deal in Peek season of October to visit Salem and only 35 minute drive to salem.Would stay again.

Check-in, waited 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk to help us. Room (310) was at first glance ok, outdated but ok. Took off my shoes and the carpet was filthy, sticky, just plain gross. Bathroom tile grout looks like it’s never been cleaned. Couldn’t even shower…no hot water. Continental breakfast was a joke, dirty surroundings, didn’t really want to touch it. No drink options but coffee, which was like sludge. Went to use the pool…room key wouldn’t open the gate, asked at the front desk, you have to pay extra to use the pool. What a joke. I’d give this place zero stars if I could. I’ve stayed in a lot of places, I travel a lot, and this is by far the worst, ever.

Arrived a few minutes early and was told to come back at 3, it was 2:45. The bathroom was disgusting dirty, the tv didn’t work properly, there was moldy candy in the corner of the room and the smell of the whole place was that of old wet towels. When I checked out NO staff was in the hotel. Never will go to again.

Room had stains on carpet. Door to room was broken, looked like someone tried to push way in the room and broke the door and frame. Bathroom door had huge fist punch mark in it. Musty odor through the building trying to be hidden by over powering air freshener. Old furniture that was broken was all over the place as you walk to your room. The next morning we did not have high expectations for breakfast but to go down and only thing they had was watered down waffle mix, few sad pieces of fruit, cereal with no milk. There was bread but toaster wasn’t working. Overall this place was not good at all. Would not recommend.
