The smoke alarm went off at 3:01am we were not sure what was happening and if we needed to evacuate We called the front desk no answer. The alarm went off at 3:12 am so we went back to bed, 3 minutes later alarms went off again, called front desk no answer. Alarm keep going on and off every 3 to 5 mins and I kept calling the front desk no answer. I got dressed to go down to desk but made a last attempt to call for assistance: and finally got thru to attendant at 4:02 am. She came up changed a battery and the alarm was ok until around 7:30 am when they once again went off. Fortunately the new person at the desk answered immediately. They came up and removed the alarm. It was not a good stay. They were going to refund the room amount but said they were unable to due to the fact that it was booked through Travelocity.

The storm put a damper on our grilling for dinner but the manager went above and beyond and cooked our burgers and dogs for us. So thankful!
