POOR SLEEP
The heat/cool system was WAY too loud and blowing constantly - even on auto. No way to just turn it off. Felt uncomfortable being on first floor with walk way up to window. Bathroom pocket door was ridiculously heavy!!

There was lotion or some other similar substance all over the carpet when we arrived. I was too tired to complain as check in took forever due to it apparently being difficult to use cash (even if you check that option online when booking) it may be something small to the leadership at this hotel, but to those trying to get away or have a relaxing weekend this is appalling, offensive and disgusting. who knows what it is, and how can you miss this when cleaning rooms?? Guests such as myself pay a high price for a stay, and this just left me with nothing but regret about choosing this property. $374 for two night din a room with a questionable substance all over the carpet. Disgusting lack of effort to care for guests.

I had a great time, staff was friendly. The only issue I had was I needed more towels and I had to go get them from ten front desk. Other than it was great. Free parking too. Will stay again

I love staying at Aloft! It is perfectly located, close to Rte 95, very friendly and welcoming staff, good breakfast, and comfortable bed. The bathroom could use a checkup: good shower, but the toilet and sink connections are loose, and the toilet tissue could be better quality. Otherwise perfect.
