The bathroom door was very tight to close. The room smelled fine but the hallway had a terrible smell. The chest of drawers was unusable because the drawer glides were broken. No grab an go breakfast available when we left at 7:30 yesterday.

Room smelled terrible. Breakfast was a joke. Didn't even have coffee. Manager pulled a front staff person to help him while she was checking me in... very unprofessional and no apology except by the young lady working the counter.

Literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed- and I have traveled extensively. The front desk staff were very nice and helpful- but the room was horrid. I took pictures because I was so shocked- a table leg chewed up by a dog, bathroom vanity missing veneer, black circles on ceiling of dust, patched walls not painted, gum stuck on the floor, the beds are ancient, and the one stuffed chair was all cut up. We literally cut our visit short by a day because our backs hurt so much from the beds. When there is a parking spot reserved for the police, that is a major red flag. Have asked for a refund - at least for the day we didn’t use. Waiting to see if the location will do the thing.

We arrived late due to a flight delay and it took a bit of time for someone to check us in. The rooms were horrible. Cabinets had water damage, there were cabinet fronts missing, scuffs on the walls, wall repairs without paint, spider webs in the corners, splatters on the mirrors and furniture. The pull out couch mattress had stains and was not suitable to sleep on. The bath tub drain was disgusting. The second room was just as bad as the first but someone had smoked in a non-smoking room. We could not sleep in the second room. If we had arrived earlier we would not have stayed the night. We checked out early the next day to stay in a different hotel. We took pictures b/c we could not believe we paid that much for such a horrific room. I would post if the system allowed.

Warm welcome, good beds, convenient

We had a nice overnight stay at this hotel. The woman who checked us in was likable and professional. The process was straightforward and it was apparent that the hotel prioritizes security and the safety of guests. We were given a first floor room as requested, which was appreciated--we had an early morning appointment the following day. Parking was easy and plentiful. Our room was fairly spacious and well-equipped with kitchenette and full-size fridge. The microwave worked but had damage and should be replaced. Beds were comfortable and the surrounding area was reasonably quiet. The room however was a bit shopworn and could use a deep cleaning and paint. Wifi was very good. Our check-in set a good tone for our visit--the woman was very helpful. We hope to stay at this hotel again next year.

Extended Stay America - May 2025

Bathroom sink drain was clogged; tried to report it, but nobody was at the front desk. Finally reported it, but it was not fixed before we left. Hair was coming out of the drain into the sink. Bathtub had hairs in it also. There were small "pebbles" in the carpet, which made walking in stockin feet uncomfortable. We believe the room was not adequately cleaned prior to our arrival.
