The bathroom sink had the lowest drain I have seen in my life. On checkout, the front desk had a sign about helping other customers and be back soon, but the desk person was sitting in an office, out of sight.

Check in was terrible. Had booked 2 rooms, they only had one because when they swiped my id it moved second room to a different person with a different name from a different state. I then said I would just take one room but then they "found" the other room (still coming up with a different name) so they wouldnt let me take just the one room. Room smelled awful like old food, the other room heat was very loud and annoying. Nothing in the room, you could get coffee pot from the front desk. We checked out after 3 hours at 6:30pm and drove the 4 hours home.

Vending machines had only soda and flavored drinks. No water. No ice machine. Check in was slow with a full lobby and one employee. They were not friendly at the desk and no one asked me how my stay was or thanked me for choosing their hotel. TV had 5 about channels. For 30-50 dollars more for the room cost I could have stayed at a much nicer hotel.

I didn't like anything but the bed. The staff on at check in was rude as hell. I would NEVER EVER stay there again after the way I was treated from the minute i walked up to the counter not once but twice. He preceded to be rude the whole time. Even another guest that read standing next to me said he wasn't friendly. What kind of a place doesn't have ice? Doesn't put cups in the room? And just passes you paper to sign but can't bother to explain it??

Dirty room and property. Clueless staff.

Pros: nothing
Cons: everything.
Location: The Extended Stay America next door is much better for some reason. This place is horrible.
Poor experience. Had to move to rooms Three times and then gave up. The room I took was a non smoking room that smelled of cigarettes, I had no other choice because I had somewhere to be and I was tired from just recovering from a cancer surgery.
