No breakfast, no coffee either day of our 2 night stay. No hot water on day 2 in the shower. Huge hole in wall behind the door. Reported the hole to the front desk as soon as we walked into the room. They didn’t seem to care. Lobby smelled like smoke. Room was clean.

Hotel looked like it was a mix of a rehab hotel and one in the middle of Renovations. Everything was bare bones, probably to prevent potential theft. I feel like in 3-5 years it'll be a completely different Hotel whether it is under the same name or not.

Section 8 hotel; an absolute dyve. If you don't mind sharing spaces with drrug deelers, prosteetutes and potheds you'll feel right at home. Worssst hotel chain in America, I should've known better. I had the exact same experience in Fort Lauderdale.

This was the WORST hotel that I have ever stayed in. It is dirty, dirty, dirty and stinks like cannabis, cigarettes, pee, garbage and unclean rooms. I felt unsafe as there were people socializing and screaming in the hallways. People next door were cooking stink food at 12 midnight. There was a dog barking late night as well as people drinking outside of my (330) window. The morning breakfast was DISGUSTING with horrible coffee and old packaged muffins. There were dirty towels and laundry outside of the elevator entrance from the time I got there and when I left. Hotels.com has misrepresented and mis-advertised this hotel which is not good for the general public’s safety and security. The onsite staff said to call the corporate office and complain. I need my money refunded.

The receptionist in the lobby gets 10/10. I didn’t catch his name but he was so kind and friendly. The property itself needs A LOT of work. We made it to our room and the sofa bed had no mattress. The receptionist found that odd and said he would get me one. He brought it up and honestly it looked like it was fished out of a dumpster. He offered an adjacent room but admitted it smelled kinda weird in there. The room we stayed in had a minimum of 6 holes that had been spackled over. Those holes were never painted over. The restroom toilet paper holder had only one arm installed and it was broken. The rest of it was gone. The vanity had a drawer face but that was also damaged. The closet space had tracks for a door but there was not one. Additionally, there was no rod to hang anything. We used the bath mat by the shower and the towel turned dark from the dirty floor. When we went to use the shower the liner had mold on it. There was also a weird sticker residue on the headboard. I did not continue my stay at this property. I will also never recommend it.

Grab and Go….NOT free breakfast.

The furnishings (cabinets and doors) were all broken. The “free breakfast” was not breakfast. It was an empty coffee urn on a counter covered in sugar. No milk or creamer. The “breakfast” offerings were oatmeal packages and nutri grain bars. This is a “grab and go” not free breakfast. Very disappointing.

I arrived at the hotel at 7p and no one was at the front desk; no phone to page anyone in fact the receptionish wherever she was had left her walkie talkie on the desk; She finally came back; difficult to understant her. I went to my room which was completely empty; no coffee, no coffee maker; no cream like what the website said it would have. Frigerator too noisy so I had to turn it OFF. Sink and tub was full of black hair strands 12" long. I have short hair!! I asked for a coffee maker at 11 and she told me to come and get it; I asked politely to bring it to me. She did but NO cups, NO coffee, NO cream, NO spoon. She went to get the other things. I opened the coffee maker to find a dirt moldy paper with old hard coffee in it and a dirty coffee pot. It was disgusting! I took it down to her and she was surprised. She went to get me another one and in the room was not prepared about the sugar, coffee, etc. And she was perturbed that the guest had asked her to do this. Not very professional at all. I highly DO NO recommend staying at this hotel any time in the future. The next day I called the main number and told them about it and what he offerred was to move me to another room!!!! I am checking out in 2 hours; I told him that $119 was too much for this room and I expected a credit for half. NO Answer.

We showed up to Extended Stay, paid for our room, and went upstairs to our room. There was someone already in the room when we got up there. We went back downstairs and the front desk worker said he was not surprised, this had happened to him before, he had no available rooms, he could not refund us the money, and we should call Expedia to get the refund. When Expedia called this branch to confirm, they were told we stayed in the room. We never entered a room. In calling for a location manager, the front desk would not give manager information and hung up. Do not visit this location, it is not worth the hassle and you might end up charged for a room in which you did not stay.
