We booked our suite for 4 people. Upon checking into the room we realized there were only 3 towels and no blanket for the pull out couch. We also needed another pillow. We called the front desk at 4:30 and we were told someone would bring the needed items. Around 7:30 pm i went down to the front desk and let them know that we still didn't get the items. By 9pm we still didn't

The heating system wasn't working.. it wasn't the hotels fault but it was freezing in the restaurant and the the rooms!! Upon entry into my room, the trash can was full of alcohol bottles.

Was charged a pet fee and damaged linen fee equaling $225.. when I don’t have a pet. They have cameras and this can be proven but Hilary has refused to call me back and I am unable to get any manager on the phone for a week straight. So now I have to dispute charges with credit card company. Watch out for fake random charges and unable to follow up with anyone who can help. What a headache

This was a great stay the best I’ve had in a while. There was so much value for my money. This hotel had everything and in a great location. Great staff very accommodating and wonderful facilities. The gym could use a pull up bar but that’s really just my personal preference. 10/10 would recommend.

Couldn’t check in online and approached by a staff member trying to sell me a vacation package and when I declined politely he said apparently you don’t want to spend time with your partner and work on building your relationship which was very uncalled for
