My only complaint about this property is the breakfast they offer. We stayed here for 5 nights and they served the same breakfast items daily and the choices were very limited. They should have variations every day for those who would stay more than 1 day.

Dirty run down hotel. The so-called free breakfast was nothing pretty nasty buffet style with teh usual suspects (fake eggs, generic cereal, lame danishes, hard bagels - and a cook that couldn't fry an egg if you paid him in gold), coffee was ok. Room was pretty nasty and dirty, don't even think of taking your shoes off and walk on that filty carpet. We slept with out clothes on; couldn't check out fast enough. Overall expensive, dirty and run down. Not recommended.

Our reservation for a deluxe double bed room was changed to a single king bed without any notification. I did not find out until I tried to check in virtually. (By the way, forget password seems to require both email and username. If I forgot my password, how would I remember my username? At least include a forgot username option) Because there were no other rooms available, I was forced to keep the single bed room. Paying almost $300 for a reservation that got switched to a $170 room without any justification or notice is a terrible experience. What good is a reservation if it is not honored? Once finally checked in, the bathroom floor was sticky and smelled like an old mop. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Nice variety of options. Eggs were mostly undercooked. I’ve been to many Embassy Suites. This was the first that underwhelmed. I’ll avoid this one.

Lack of attentiveness to room tidiness

Although 5 of us were staying for 5 days and 4 nights room service consistently left 2 shower towels. Every day we would call down or walk down to get three more towels. This is a small concern, but still a bit annoying. Likewise on the 1st night, realized that the shower was out of shampoo, soap and conditioner. Called room service, but they could not deliver until the next day. A bit annoying as we needed to shower.
