The in room coffee was sub par: nearly undrinkable. For close to 200 dollars per night they could improve the quality of their in room coffee and tea service. Some small detail like that costs Pennie’s per room to improve, and goes far towards enhancing the customer experience. Better in room coffee would guarantee repeat bookings.

Great stay.

Hotel was exceptionally clean. Friendly staff. Only comments is that is the in my opinion the shower should have been updated like the rest of the room. The wireless charger in the room did not work. Lastly, the bed is stiff if you have shoulder issues, otherwise it was a good nights sleep.
