Great place but am used to having a included light breakfast was not able to understand the help it was not a good experience but let’s me say when we checked in we were greeted by Ashley Bush have nothing less than she was the best experience with any hotel I have ever stayed at she was cheerful friendly pleasing helpful, She is a real “GEM” Wish she was available that morning for sure would of fix the issue.

Where can i begin..from the time i got there the evening manager was so understanding that it was my bday weekend and even gave me a discount.My room was beautiful and bed sooo comfy, pool and dining area was great i def will be back...

It was not disclosed upon making my reservation that the hotel had multiple construction projects in progress and therefore there was no business center, no fitness center, and the restaurant was also effected. The food at the restaurant along with the service was awful. The fact that there was construction was used as an excuse.

Bad beyond description. Went for a work trip. We all experienced the hot water running out in our showers in under two minutes. The entire hotel is under repair (which was not disclosed) resulting in exposed plaster, mattresses and boxes in the lobby and hallways, electrical tape holding down wires throughout hotel. There is also no security. The only night presence is one small woman checking people in and there is no need for a key card to access hotel room floors. Adding insult to injury, the water in my room was never replaced.

We can certainly understand your frustration and do apologize. We can assure you that not only is the safety and security of our associates at the forefront but that of the guest as well. While there maybe one associate at the Front Desk, there are additional associates in Housekeeping, Maintenance and the restaurant along with a Manager on Duty. We are nearing the completion of an extensive overhaul of the building and are very excited for the finished product. We understand that your previous experience did not meet expectations and we hope that you will provide us with another opportunity in the future.

Will not return

I was there for business and traveled from CA. I decided to eat at the bar, the bartender completely ignored me for 20 min. Wouldn't look at me and when I thought she was coming to take care of me, nope, she would go to other clients and ask how their day was. I felt really out of place because she made me feel that way. As for the room, the shower head came off and when telling the front desk they said they would fix it in the morning. I was there only for a night so didn't help me any. Not returning.
